The guys did a good job
The guys did a good job, there was a lot of rubble under the old insulation which they cleared out, when they left we noticed that there was two screws had come through the ceiling and the ceiling light in the front bedroom wasn’t working, they came back a couple of days later and sorted the screws but couldn’t do the light so I’m going to get a electrician and send the invoice to you.

Snug as a bug for next year said Mr Hedgehog?
Everyone was so polite and respectful. They were very professional quick and tidy and cleared everything away when finished. Before leaving they asked me if I was happy with the job and got me to inspect the loft to ensure I was happy with their work.

Installers turned up on time and were…
Installers turned up on time and were clean and efficient, They used a large bag to seal the loft hatch resulting no mess while removing old insulation, Very pleased with the job.

Pleased to have been recommended to…
Pleased to have been recommended to Coastal Prime to have loft insulation and after a visit from their representative whose name escapes me - sorry. We were pleased with the product Coastal Prime were using. The gent checked out the loft and were given a price using YBS SUPERQUILT. We decided to go ahead and the job was put in hand. We chose to spend time disposing of some of our stored roof things which was overdue for us to do. The installation day arrived and two gents came with many rolls of the insulation and they worked really hard and full on with just a very short tea break. The job was completed much quicker than we expected and with minimal disturbance to us. They moved the remaining stored items as they needed to enable them to fit all the quilting. Very happy with the completed job and it it so bright up there now! More than happy with Coastal Prime and will recommend them as we are able.

Working hard
They arrived on time and got on with the job. Not easy removing foam spray insulation. The loft was fairly well cleaned. However the clean up in the hallway was excellent. There were 4 guys in total, all of whom were very polite

The 3 chaps that came were great. The loft looks like a glitter ball AND very tidy. It took a lot longer than I had expected but, " A job worth doing " as they say.

This company were superb.
This company were superb. The rep offering the work was taking what we needed into consideration and offered good advice.
The workers were quick, clean , very respectful.
The top of the house is so quiet now it's unbelievable. We live on a main dual carriageway and there is no sound at night at all. Also the top of the house is so much warmer. After living here for 50 years I'm amazed at what could have been achieved years ago, we did have insulation but not to this quality, this is superb and works.

Great job from first meeting with Jack
Great job from first meeting with Jack. He was professional but friendly, very helpful. The fitters arrived very prompt, polite & worked well. I offered drinks but politely refused. They got on with the job. Nathan did the paperwork & took me to see the work he had done. Lovely guy! Hoovered up as well!

Originally the team were coming from…
Originally the team were coming from Crosby, Liverpool, but in the end a team from Bournemouth came at the agreed time and they were all very polite & got on with the job speedily and completed the Foam extraction, & supplied & fitted the Superquilt and also unblocked the eaves in the loft.
They were efficient, cheerful and had to make the journey back to Bournemouth after their visit to Liverpool.
