We certainly will take on board your comment regarding the delivery fee, and thank you for letting us know that you feel that this cost is a little pricey.
The £5.95 standard delivery is applied to all orders under £60.00 and free for all orders above this threshold. This fee covers some of the Royal Mail delivery cost, packaging, labels etc. We cover the rest of this fee ourselves.
We would love to be able to offer the delivery fee at a lower cost; however, as a small independent company, this regretfully isn't easy.
I can see that your standard delivery order was posted to you using Royal Mail's tracked 24 service within 1 working day of the order being received. This is standard for all our standard orders. I can see that is took Royal Mail a further 48 hours to deliver the order to you. I hope that this shows that delivery was a swift as we could manage for this order.
Once again thank you for providing your feedback, it really helps us to provide the best possible service. We hope to hear from you again soon!
