Horrible! SCAM , disgusting store
Horrible!! Two months and no jacket or money!! THIS IS A SCAM!!!
I don't recommend dealing with this disgusting store.
I placed an order for £1,220!! February 6, 2026! I ordered a parka from Canada Goose (other stores had sold it out). This should have alerted me back then.
First, instead of a jacket, these jerks sent me an EMPTY box with a piece of paper inside and a request for my information. Not in an email, but in a box instead of a jacket!
Okay, I asked for a refund, then waited 10 business days and still haven't received it. I WhatsApped them asking to resolve the issue, and then some man emailed me saying they'd send me the jacket instead of my money. OK, send me the jacket. After which they checked my address and again refused to send me the jacket (it's been a month and a half since order). And again they sent me a message refund.
And again, I've been waiting since March 27th, and I don't have either the £1,220 or the jacket! And they're ignoring my messages, claiming it's my bank's fault! They refuse to provide any proof of return or transaction number. All they have is an email stating that the refund was processed. No proof of my money being returned!!!!
I've been dealing with stores and websites every day for many years, and believe me – THIS IS THE WORST STORE AND SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD. I'm not going to let it go like this.

We’re really sorry to read how you’re feeling about this situation, and we understand how frustrating delays like this can be.
However, we do need to clarify a few important points.
Following your order, our fraud prevention checks flagged the transaction due to inconsistencies with the delivery address provided. As a UK-based retailer, we are required to carry out additional verification where an address cannot be matched or validated. For security reasons, we requested confirmation of the registered billing address linked to your card. Unfortunately, this information was not provided.
Because we were unable to verify the details, we made the decision not to dispatch the item and instead processed a full refund to the original payment method.
The refund was issued on our side, and confirmation was sent to you via email. Once a refund has been processed, the funds are returned via your bank/card provider, and any delay beyond that point sits outside of our control. This is why we have advised you to contact your bank directly, as they are best placed to trace and release the funds if needed.
We want to be clear that we have not ignored your messages and have responded throughout, trying to resolve this appropriately and securely.
We are a legitimate UK retailer with over 30 years of trading, and customer security is something we take extremely seriously.
If you are still unable to locate the refund, we’re more than happy to assist your bank with any trace request they raise.

Exceptional Service Yet Again from Onu Clothing
I received truly outstanding service from Andrew at Onu Clothing. My delivery was due yesterday, but due to issues with DPD — entirely outside of Onu’s control — it didn’t arrive. I phoned the shop and spoke with Andrew, who was excellent from start to finish. He contacted the DPD directly to request a return, and even reached out to DPD customer services on my behalf.
Andrew then called me back to explain that the order might still arrive as planned, and reassured me that if it didn’t, they would refund the delivery charge without hesitation.
The parcel arrived today, well packed and exactly as expected. I phoned Andrew to let him know, and he immediately apologised for the inconvenience and refunded my delivery charge straight away.
I’ve used Onu Clothing before, both online and in their Birmingham store, and this level of service is consistently exceptional. Andrew went above and beyond, and I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
