Recommend Pants and Socks highly for top customer service.
Purchased multiple pairs of underwear via lovethesales, 3-pack from P&S and 2 x 3-packs from another. Sizes on lovethesales were incorrect and on contacting P&S, they accepted return and refund without fuss. I mistakenly returned all 3-packs to P&S, they couldn't have been more helpful and safely returned to me free of charge.
Re-ordered underwear which fits perfectly and was a great price. Don't buy from anywhere else.

Great customer service!
Although I had an issue with my original order, once brought to the attention of the customer services team they acted swiftly and exceeded my expectations in dealing with my issue.
I have purchased numerous products in the past and have not had any issues. But this time was unfortunate, but the way it was dealt with only strengthens my faith in the brand and service levels that they adhere to.

Rude & dismissive customer service
Rude & dismissive customer service. I wanted to return them because they were the wrong size. They hadn’t been worn but the box had been opened. Their reply was “no you can’t return them because we don’t want to send you second hand pants.”
But I want to return them, not buy more, so why would I be sent second hand pants?
This generic attitude towards their customers and inability to deal with the specifics of individual issues is everything that’s wrong with the modern world.

Hi Paul, thanks for your and sorry our service didn't match up to your expectations. We follow the standard terms and conditions for return of underwear in the UK, exactly like all of the major retailers who sell underwear.
Our messaging to you points out that we cannot accept returns for tried on underwear, because they cannot be recirculated into stock, because otherwise people would receive tried-on underwear. That's something we would never allow as a company, and we think you, our valuable customer, should be protected from ever receiving someone else's tried on pants.

I’ve ordered something from u and he supposed to be here last week on Saturday but they said there was no address on the package which is wrong cuz I have it on my receipt
