UKE - Universitätsklinikum Omdömen 

Ich hatte eine Kniegelenkluxation mit gerissenen Bändern und Meniskus, hierbei waren fast alle Bänder gerissen. Aber das Team im UKE hat mich in einer einzigen OP wieder fit gemacht. Ich bin echt beeindruckt! Sowohl medizinisch als auch menschlich auf höchstem Niveau

Am 05.08.2025 bin ich ins UKE in die Notfallaufnahme. Ich habe der Aufnahme gesagt, dass ich sehr starke Bauchschmerzen habe und diese Schmerzen kaum aushalte!
Man hat mich aufgenommen und ich sollte im Wartezimmer warten.
Nach einer Stunde warten ging ich erneut zum Empfang und habe gefragt wie lange ich warten muss, da ich die Schmerzen nicht mehr aushalte.
Der Mitarbeiter meinte daraufhin zu mir, dass ich doch erst eine Stunde warten würde. Woraufhin ich ihm sagte, dass es dadurch auch nicht besser wird. Nach weiteren Minuten des Wartens habe ich gesagt, dass ich es nicht mehr hier aushalte und nun die Klinik verlassen werde. Ich musste noch ein Formular unterschreiben und es war dann erledigt.
Danach habe ich mich in ein anderes Krankenhaus fahren lassen. Dort wurde ich freundlich aufgenommen und man hat mir sofort bei den Schmerzen geholfen .
Es wurde herausgefunden das ich einen Nierenstein habe.
Ich wünsche jedem Mitarbeiter der am 05.08.25 an der Notfallaufnahme gearbeitet hat einen Nierenstein um zu spüren was das für Hölle Schmerzen sind,und das sie dann an einem Mitarbeiter einer Notfallaufnahme geraten dem es absolut egal ist wie stark seine Schmerzen sind ! !

Ich wurde im UKE am Herzen operiert und bin absolut begeistert. Nach einer Woche war ich wieder fit und konnte nach Hause. Die Pflegekräfte, Ärzte und alle Beteiligten sind einfach super fürsorglich und beim Patienten auf richtiger Augenhöhe. Ich fühlte mich jederzeit sehr gut aufgehoben und alle hatten mein absolutes Vertrauen. Ich empfehle das UKE uneingeschränkt und sehr gern weiter.

I arrived through emergency services with a dislocated elbow and was given an oral pain killer. After waiting for an hour, nobody even spoke with me and didn't even help remove the clothing over the injury causing further pain.
I had to call my girlfriend who had to argue with them to give me a place to sit down (yes, I was in the waiting area with not so much as a wheelchair until then). Every time I approached one of the staff, they would just say they're sorry and that they're busy with other patients. Really?
Then they gave hooked me up to some kind of IV drugs (didn't bother to mention what it was) until I could started puking because of the drugs. Then a doctor arrives 2 hours later and orders an X-Ray. Sure, let's wait another 2 hours for the X-ray. I still have a dislocated elbow, mind you.
Alright, the X-ray results arrive and they need to readjust my elbow. Wait, but there is no anesthesiologist, so they ask me if I want to do it without one. I say sure, at this point it can't be that bad. They try and try and try, and nothing works. Alright, let's wait another bit before someone is there to put me under. At this point, we're 6 hours in with a dislocated elbow.
Alright, they put me under, fix me up, I wake up in a closed room. It's been 8 hours since I've been at the hospital. I haven't had anything to eat since the morning because I had the injury early enough.
Alright, full of drugs, dizzy, puking, in a room with nobody around. My girlfriend finally shows up (which she wasn't allowed to — she just sneaked in).
I ask her to bring me some food, sure enough the closed food shops have nothing except a machine dispensing soup. A cup of soup then, alright.

Since I cannot walk just yet, I ask to be wheeled to a toilet (I did try to walk, but I couldn't). Nope, I'm not allowed to leave the room. 30 minutes later, I still cannot pee. Alright, I close the door, piss in the bin and then my girlfriend asked me if there is anything they can do for me. No, they don't have time. They will come when they will come.
She asks them if she can take me home. They say it's up to us. She asks if we could get a wheel chair so she can wheel me till the exit where she will load me up in the car. Nope, no wheelchair offer — find one around and good luck getting out of the hospital with a patient who can't walk.
Somehow she finds a wheelchair, quickly takes it, pulls me out (I had to remove the IV myself by the way). And finally, back in the car, back in the house, back in the bed. I finally got some food and went to sleep.

Ich fühle mich im UKE wirklich sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Mitarbeiter:innen sind freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Hier wird Ihnen geholfen

Unglaublich das ihr immer noch die testpflich habt und dann auch noch in dem Schneckentempo. Hab euch in den letzten 10 Jahren nie jemand auf Masern, hiv oder krätze testen sehe, Geschweige denn jetzt... Macht euch mal gedanken was ihr da überhaupt tut.
