What a great way to sale and buy…
What a great way to sale and buy tickets at a price at what they should be... at face value! A little admin charge for handling the tickets, which I was more than happy to pay.
There was a gig I was interesting in but missed the opportunity to get them before they sold out originally, but the bands website said they use twickets for resale. So I found the gig on twickets, setup an alert in the app to notify me when a ticket comes available. I got notified and bought a ticket stress free 24 hours before the gig at the original price. Brilliant! Highly recommend.

First time seller
First time seller, sold some theatre tickets that were non refundable and I was unable to attend. Easy service and very straightforward however only downside is waiting 20 days after selling for a payment

First time user - found the link on Liverpool Empire after tickets were sold out and ended up finding sold out concert tickets last minute. Would defo use the site as it's no like others, which allow sellers to charge inflated priced tickets and is quick N easy to complete transactions.

My tickets sold but I had to reduce the price for them to sell as I listed them at short notice (not Twickets fault obviously) I'll use the service again if I have need to. Thank you

Great service
Great service. Allows you to buy tickets at face value or less. Means that if you are not able to go you can sell your tickets to other fans where you know everything is legitimate. If only all resell tickets were done this way.

Had one false start with a seller…
Had one false start with a seller wanting me to log in to their account but Customer Services agreed this wasn't ideal and refunded within a few days. Made a second purchase to the same event and all went so smoothly.
Would recommend as a platform to buy and sell. No issues from me.

I FINALLY GOT THE TICKETS I WANTED
I WAS SENT MANY EMAILS WITH TICKETS AVAILABLE THAT I HAD PUT AN ALERT ON FOR AND WAS ALWAYS TOO LATE.
HOWEVER, WHEN I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO PRESS THE "BUY" BUTTON AND COMPLETE THE PURCHASE, IT WAS SO SMOOTH AND EASY TO DO
