A little scratched but we love them.
A couple of the bars were scratched so we put them at the back. Apart from that we’re really pleased with them. Went together easily with the help from a rubber mallet. Our garage looks tip top. My husband is delighted to have everything squared away.

Pretty poor
Pretty poor. Paid for delivery and nothing was delivered on the day it was meant to. Then chased up and the items were 'lost in transit'. Still waiting for the items to be delivered...also very difficult to actually get through to anyone to sort the issue out.

ordered set of three shelving…
ordered set of three shelving units(which comes as 2 units) only 1 box turned up had to chase up and was told DHL lost the second box Tufferman reordered the second box,thenDHL gave a delivered date,didnt turn up it came 3 days later not so good.. When ordering i had to pay VAT it wasent later when i seen Tufferman advert it didnt say on advert Plus VAT when i asked about this i was told some adverts come with VAT included and some dont not really a resalution just a reply which said nothing.

Had some issues with the delivery
Had some issues with the delivery. One package was damaged and some parts were missing. Two of the rack kits were the wrong size. Contacted the customer services and they rectified the issues in good time. The product is very good, you don't have to fit it together with hundreds of bolts, you don't need instructions to erect the racks. Would buy from this company again.

The shelving came in 2 easy to carry…
The shelving came in 2 easy to carry parcels and i could change the delivery date to when I was in. They were so easy to put together and has transformed our messy garage to now being easy to find exactly what I need. I would definitely recommend them. One very happy customer.

Prompt service, easy webb site to navigate. Generally of good quality construction but most of the uprights were not fully formed to 90 degrees and had to be carefully corrected.

Poor communication and delayed order
My experience was very disappointing. I contacted the company regarding my order but received no response. It was only when I contacted them again asking for a refund that they replied quickly and informed me that my order had been lost in transit.
They offered to send a replacement the following Monday, which would have been almost 10 days after I originally placed the order. By that point, I no longer wanted a replacement and requested a refund instead.
I am still waiting for the refund to be credited back to me. Overall, the lack of communication and the way the order was handled made this a very poor experience.

Shambles!
Shambles! It took a week for the shelving to arrive on two separate days. It won't go together, there's not enough tab sticking through the holes, I could probably spend hours bending the tabs back and damaging the paint, I bought this to be a quick and easy shelving solution, it isn't!

There was an issue with the delivery (completely the couriers fault delivering to the wrong address) and Tufferman sorted it almost immediately. Great customer service.
The shelves are good quality and reasonably priced compared to similar companies
