Fast order processing and delivery and regrettably, on arrival 2 of the Wham boxes had got damaged in transit but I took photo and emailed customer services and they immediately dispatched replacements that arrived quickly and undamaged. Then the tacking unit itself went together quickly and well

Good product at a good price
Delivery was very good and fast. Great to see minimal packaging. Once assembled racking is good and fit for purpose, but assembly was not as easy as it could have been due to the method of engaging the shelf support tabs into the uprights - I modified the frames to make it easier.

Not what I would call heavy duty
Not what I would call heavy duty, the MDF shelves are very flimsy.
