Good value racking with minor paint defects
The racking steelwork was thinner/lighter than I expected, given the 'heavy duty' description of the product. However it was assembled quite easily and forms a fairly robust structure when complete. I liked the construction method of buttons slotting into keyholes. Unfortunately two of the uprights on mine were incompletely painted, about 40% bare steel on these two parts. Suspect they will rust in due course (unless I paint them). QA failure in the company. However still think racking was easily worth the money I paid

It's ok but not nothing special
First time bought something from then and delivery was very quick well done. I just don't give 5 stars because because seems expensive and made by very cheap material specifically the boards and one of them arrived damaged.
Overall it fits where it should

Usual good quality and quick delivery
Usual good quality and quick delivery. Slightly disapointed that one rack had only 4 of the 5 shelves in the box. Also the design has changed slightly from my last order, last year. The uprights now have a slight lip and the shelving is slightly thinner ply - is this because I ordered an economy set of 3 rather than 3 standard units?

good products, good customer service
purchased 5 racks for new garage set up - one set up shelves was delivered with damage, but replacement set was quickly arranged after sending photographs. Racking units are easy to put together and have good load capacity.

The product is precisely as I expected.
Small criticism. I ordered corner racking. I found the dimensions given quite difficult to understand... eventually, my partner and I, correctly, figured out what they meant. We had to use Pythagoras' Theorom to work out the most important dimension to us (what is the lenghth from the back corner to each each end at right angles. I made the mistake of rounding down.

Bought 2 Shelving units & they are just what I was after. Sturdy & compact but not easy to assemble at first but after the first unit was finished we got the knack & finished the second quicker.

The lockers were easy to assemble but…
The lockers were easy to assemble but arrived slightly damaged. However, as we have an on-site maintenance team, we were able to repair ourselves rather than going through the whole process of having them replaced.

Great racking system.
Good communication from Racking Solutions and the courier DX delivery. Fast delivery. The racking was easy to assemble and is very strong.
Only thing that could be improved, would be for the courier DX to give a smaller delivery window than the 10 hours of 08.00-18.00 of an am or pm or give live tracking or delivery time up dates.
