Started off well...
Started off well, but definitely seem to forget about you after they've got your money.... Dealt with Ellie, she was fantastic at first then never got back to me on an email after my order arrived. Decided to ring and she sounded like she did not want to be there/couldn't be asked to deal with anyone. Probably on commission.
Also delivery service they use is terrible, driver didn't ring doorbell and left against my motor, which is weird because they should be signing off the order.
Finally product I purchased had some chipped paint marks on metal legs before I hammered in slats, nothing major, but potentially put together, returned and repacked?
Product is alright though. Would I use again? Na.

No concept of customer service or product quality.
Company advertised next day delivery and in reality it was anything but even though I paid extra for specific day delivery. On selecting the day for delivery, the soonest day for delivery was 3 days after placing the order.
On the day I specified only half of the order was delivered. When I tried to call the company to find out what was going on, the recorded message said their voicemail mailbox was full. I then emailed the company and it took them 5 days to reply to my email.
The other half of the order eventually arrived, un-announced, on the next day, with at least half of these items damaged due to the lack of robustness in the way it was packaged.
It was clear that the product quality leaves something to be desired as it is of flimsy construction until the point of full construction, which was very difficult given the damage and the quality of the product.

Sturdy shelving unit
Really pleased with shelving it’s very sturdy and I’m sure it will last a long time in the garage.
Order sent within 2 days but had a bit of a problem with the delivery company but Megan in customer services sorted it out for me and kept me up to date with progress and it was delivered on Friday evening so all well.
I gave 5 stars as it was the delivery company at fault and not the supplier.

Avoid Tufferman— damaged goods, ignored emails, and out of stock to replace!
If you expect reliable customer service or a complete product, look elsewhere. My experience with Tufferman has been an absolute nightmare:26th August: Placed my order for heavy-duty shelving.1st September: Delivery arrived with severe transit damage. Heavy metal parts were bent and completely unusable. I emailed customer service immediately with photo evidence.Silence & Stalling: My emails were ignored for days. I was left with a cluttered workspace and boxes of broken metal components.The Breaking Point: After a full week of chasing them up, customer service finally got back to me today. No tracked dispatch for replacements—instead, they casually informed me that the parts needed to fix my order are completely out of stock for several weeks!Expecting a customer to wait nearly a month for a resolution on a brand-new, damaged delivery is disgraceful. Because of their week of silence, I had to build what I could out of the undamaged parts just to clear my floor space. I have now officially cancelled the order, refused to dismantle the units, and instructed them to send a courier to collect their property as it stands.Thankfully, I paid by credit card, so my bank is now handling the dispute to secure my full refund. Shocking service from start to finish.

I took two days off work waiting for an order that is still only partially delivered — despite paying for delivery.
I understand delays happen, but hiding behind the courier isn’t good enough. You chose them, so you are responsible for their service.
My payment wasn’t delayed, so why was my order? Two days wasted, delivery paid for, and still no complete order.
