Scam. There is literally few square meters of lawn in the neighbourhood and I’m receiving bills for almost 100gbp for no reason. I’ve never agreed for that service. Customer service is a joke

From 30 pounds a year to 90 you do practically nothing on the estate just a money grab price hikes are unjustified rotten to the core

I inherited a property which I had issues transferring to my name with HM Land Registry due to the estate fees covenant. After initially encountering some further problems with Trustgreen, Lois Knop took on my case and was incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond and I'm very grateful for her assistance - she's an asset to the company.

This company are clearly taking money and not showing up, I have repeatedly asked for proof of works and they cannot provide any and still ask for money. Time we all took a stand together.

It's some sort of weird relationship between developers and Trustgreen which seems dodgy.They charging over 100£ and cannot even evidence what they did. We were pushed to sign the documents about maintenance they suppose to do, but I didn't see anyone for last 3 years and getting bills each year. The customer service it's a joke. They don't even know what they are charging us for. This company should be investigated and dealt with by the authorities.

Paying £156.22 for so-called estate maintenance from this company is a joke. Their work practices are shambolic—when they actually bother to show up, they leave the estate in a mess and take little to no care. Absolute rubbish!

This organization demonstrates a lack of professionalism. They neglect to address property issues during emergencies and seem to find any justification to avoid taking action. It is perplexing why Wainhomes would partner with a company that maintains such low standards.

I get charged 132.09 per year for maintence of a small pathetic green spaces that they called wild flowers that's literally just a big pile of weeds, with litter ad dog poo in. There's also no fence separating it between the public park behind it either that the council maintain. The complaints process is awful the staff are rude and my first bill turned up with no warning on the run up to christmas demanding payment

My experience of Trust property management has been first class, very helpful and courteous especially Jiliani, very helpful. I have been with a few big and small management companies in the past and these are in my opinion, by far the best.

They charge and do not do their work. I have asked by email why they didn't come and they said they did the work but after a month no work has been done.

They removed almost all the play equipment from a playpark 'provided' by Taylor Wimpey as part of their development. They claim they were vandalised and it is not 'financially viable' to replace, despite the housing development probably being worth millions and the occupants being promised a park. Another cop out company doing the bare minimum.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Say they'll fine you if you're late paying, but they don't actually do the work! They want to be paid for doing nothing, disgraceful. This is a legal matter now and there is enough evidence and people to proceed and take this further.

Very poor maintenance for which residents pay over £200 a year in a development of hundreds houses. They come maybe 5 times a year in the summer and hardly do anything. Basically ripping people off! The hedges are not done, the grass is not cut, the playground is full of dog poo… it’s a joke!

I have been scrambling around for weeks to get replies to enquiries, no one could help. I received a number for the legal team at trust management and the wonderful Lois Knop answered, dealt with my query and responded to all the enquiries within 40 minutes. All I can say is that Lois is absolutely fantastic at her job, efficient, helpful and most of all cares about getting people in homes. Thank you so much Lois x

Trust have taken over the management of my estate and are not off to a great start. Huge delays in responding to requests and just appear to have far too many sites to be able to actively manage. Hopefully things improve over time.

Unjustly high charges £191 for hardly maintaining a very small parth area, which does not belong to me and open for use to general public and other residents, in front of my property. Have written to them and complained.

Trustmgt have taken over the management and maintenance within my development. However when I ask for a breakdown to what I am paying over £170 a year for, I am sent back a map that shows the green areas that are no where near my development? Some are even across the other side of the motorway? I wanted to know why the fee is so much, but they could not give me a straight answer.
