Truespeed is having a flash sale, on very favourable terms, but not allowing existing customers to join in.
Have their marketing team not considered the impact on existing loyal customers?
I have had a very favourable experience with the company, over the past 2 years, but to find out (in the small print) that existing customers are excluded and new customers are guaranteed x3 my speed, for the extended period of 24 months, for less than I currently pay destroys my trust - and in my opinion is sharp practice.
At a time when everyone's pressed for cash, this is galling.

It took Four years to get my installation actually started and they didn't charge me until the installation was actually done and they kept in touch until we got clearing for it. This is a loyal brand, and I want to thank their team for keeping us with them, and Thanks to Matthew for being our contact about our installation and keeping us up to date.

Dane Chapman and Jamie did a superb job installing the external fixings to the house ready for completion section later this week. Very personable young men who worked quickly and professionally. If the internet itself matches the people I’ve dealt with at Truespeed so far I’ll be very happy indeed!

I spoke to Adam who was able to go through the different packages available . He was very helpful ,good humoured and set up my package for a convenient date for us .and explained everything to me very clearly spoken .

Dave the engineer was very polite and helpful, all fully explained. Installing the system was flawless. 👍 to Truespeed so far.

Install was very smooth, Stu Munslow and his colleague today did a great and very neat job to wire cable into my house where we asked to. Great customer experience. 5 stars.

Great company to deal with, internet is brilliant so quick.
Installation teams have been superb, we had Bradley come out to connect us up, very friendly and got us online in no time.
If it's available in your area it's a no brainer way better and easier than dealing with the bigger providers who don't really care about you.

The installation crew of Tom & Jack were excellent. They were friendly and explained clearly what options and choices I had. They were careful both inside and outside.

Dave Williams was very professional, helpful aswell .

Anthony N door knocked and for the first time ever I feel like they were a zero pressure conversation rather than a hard sell. Took a while for me to buy due to contracts but again it was low pressure.

Stu M installed and was super nice and friendly and informative. There was a whole team turned up but having assessed the effort required for this job he did it alone and encouraged the team to move onto the next one. This impressed me because I feel like most people would've taken the chance to....chill....but it felt like he wanted the best for the business which was really nice to see.

WiFi is SO much better than VM as well, honestly couldn't be happier.

Dave Williams was brilliant, easy to understand and everything he promised was delivered. I received a phone call to organise the transfer shortly after he left, the service was superb and I was kept informed at every stage. I felt as though I was dealing with humans. Thank you all involved. I can highly recommend transferring to Truespeed. Could not have been easier.

We had our install booked in for today, and one engineer turned up that wasn’t experienced enough left without doing the job.
Jake saw the job was outstanding and took it upon himself to come and help. He got the job completed, was friendly, helpful, polite and knowledgeable.
Jake is an absolute credit to Truespeed, without him we wouldn’t have had our new broadband today. 10/10 Once again thank you very much.

The company helped me work around an access problem to their equipment on a national grid pole and were prompt with their communication.
