Very bad. I order of here a week ago and my order still hasn’t come I’ve messaged tru-tension and they haven’t got back to me at all it’s saying that my delivery has been delivered but when I’ve called the delivery company they can’t even show a photo or anything saying it’s delivered they are no help at all and the worse thing is I was supposed to have it this weekend just gone and I just had to wash my bike with a pressure washer my chain is still dirty and I ordered 50 pounds worth and that’s just gone down the drain now I’m very disappointed and will not be ordering again

Thank you for your message. I've just looked into this and can see you reached out to us on the 16th of September. Unfortunately, we cannot respond to messages over the weekend, so we've caught up with this today. I can see that you placed your order on the 12th of September, and it left our warehouse on the 14th and delivered to you on the 16th, so we apologise you feel this is a long delay.
Looking into your order and your tracking, it says it has been signed for by yourself on the 16th. If this is incorrect, this does sound like a courier issue, which we are more than happy to assist with. We will have to open up a theft and fraud claim, as this does mean someone is claiming to be you upon sign-off on delivery.
I have just spoken to DPD, and they have actually stated that you will need to open a claim with DPD online, to which I have pasted the link for this below. Once your claim has gone through, we will be able to find where your parcel has got to, or issue you a replacement if necessary.

Chain cleaner and lube
Bought the spray chain cleaner and lube as I’ve used this product before and was impressed with it. Literally does as it says on the tin. Came earlier than forecast which was great as I was nearly out of cleaner and was very well packaged
