Love the products
Love the products, very fast secure delivery. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that there was a small product leak which made the box soggy but it smelled great when opening up !!

The bike cleaning gel was good, i got 2 uses of the chain lube before it solidified in the bottle, never seen any other brand do this

Hi John,
Thanks for your message. Can we ask where do you store your lube? As we recommend keeping the lube at room temperature in a dry environment. If you're keeping your lubes outside in garages, workshops or sheds the lube may solidify due to the top-end formula used to ensure it sticks to your chain.
All you need to do is give the lube a shake and it'll be good as new again. I've inputted a link from our Instagram page that shows this in detail.

Always use Tru-Tension. Lube stays on great and the Chain Cleaner gives a good degrease on your chain. It's also the best smelling chain lube I ever had. Won't buy anyone else

Excellent product
Excellent product. My go to chain cleaner and lube. No longer use any other 👌🏻 no downside apart from wanting a banana milkshake every time I’m done 🤔

Longer lasting chains
Since switching to Tru-Tension all weather chain lube my chains last about twice as long as when I used Muc-off lube.
And I don't have the apply so often.

Very late arrival, I had to chase for my order, and it's cracked
After placing my order and hearing nothing, I contacted them via their Contact Us on the website, still nothing, so emailed them. 2 days later ( day 8 ) after placing my order, all I got was an email saying your order is on it's way, like an automated one. This was a gift, which arrived 13 days after placing, with no explanation or apology. Also the product had a crack in it, so it's going back and requesting a full refund. I'm a sponsored MTB content creator and have a lot of followers and will be putting this negative feedback on my channel.
