Sabelo and his colleagues have been exceptionally helpful in resolving not only my router set up but also some other issues including providing advice for my host provider. Had a few issues to begin with but Sabelo kept coming back to help and all seems to be resolved allowing me to connect older devices without conflicts - Thank you

Having had Trooli as my ISP since 2022, my contract came up for renewal. A quick call to a friendly and helpful member of staff has seen me upgrade to 2Gb. Trooli's network has been extremely reliable and stable with very little jitter so going even faster was a no-brainer.
I happily recommend Trooli as for me, they've been excellent in all areas.

When contacting Trooli it is unusual and most welcome to speak to an actual person. I have been a customer for the past 2 years and when time for my contract to be renewed I had a very positive experience with Amy who was very helpful and knowledgeable. I have already recommended Trooli to a friend and would have no hesitation doing so again.

Spoke to Itumeleng and he was amazing, trooli offered 29.99 a month no increase for 24 months which is so much better than my previous crap internet and 900mbs which we only get 80 maximum at the moment. Amazing customer service

The arrangement to have the faster broadband connection went very smoothly. The engineer, Lewis, was efficient and helpful. He connected the line into my 2nd floor apartment with some difficulty but he managed very well and completed the job on time.
The follow up courtesy call from one of Trooli’s agents to check that all is working well was very reassuring.
So far, all my appliance’s including Alexa, PC, printer, laptop and phones all are working fine and at a very good speed! Well done Trooli!

I wanted to pass on some excellent feedback for the Trooli engineers working in Thatchers Lane, Cliffe today.

They were carrying out a new install over the road from me and they quickly identified an issue that needed attention. They came straight to my door to let me know my line would be down for a bit while they fixed it, which I really appreciated.

Once the work was completed, they even returned to check that my connection was fully back up and running again. That level of care and professionalism really stood out.

They were excellent engineers and a real credit to your Trooli team.

The helpdesk menu was simple to navigate. I got through to support in one minute. The person who answered was good and knowledgeable. An engineer visit was booked for the next day and the issue was cleared by the engineer within an hour. I cannot say how much better the service is with Trooli compared to organisations such as BT or Three. There is no comparison and the internet service is fine and reliable. The issue; caused out in the street by another ISP. Enough said. Trooli, just keep doing what you do.

Well well well , it started when i changed over my router and the problems got worst than i could imagine after not having my internet etc . Getting ready for my gig this weekend . THEN CAME MAX , tenacious, fairly knowledgeable, patient & he just plugged away making sure it was all okay .
I was on the brink of quitting but Max saved me from cutting off my nose to spite my face . Well done Max and thank you for your help today .
