Recent installation
Spoke to Bel Khoza explained everything very clearly and installation ran smoothly. Customer service very good. I have been with Sky for 26years and their customer service do not know what they are talking about. Would recommend Trooli.

Very efficient install and high speed connection
The install was carried out efficiently by two very polite engineers and I was up in running in no time at all. I'm impressed by the competitive monthly subscription and also with speed of Trooli broadband and will be more than happy to recommend them to friends and family.

No thanks
Although the connection is ok the installers positioned my equipment in a convenient place for them and not for me.
I now have a flashing ugly router in my lounge and not tucked away in a better location.
Customer service have no interest in my issue.
I wouldn’t recommend trooli.

As we live in a pretty rural location…
As we live in a pretty rural location and were delighted to see fibre into our road. I spoke to the helpdesk and informed them we needed 2 individual broadband installations into the house as used for differing functions and needed to be kept separate, no issue raised. I booked a 2 gig service and was calling back next day to book 2nd line. On booking 2nd line we were told only one installation per household, why was this not mentioned. Helpdesk spoke to a manager who confirmed we cannot have this 2nd line. As the lines were for specific functions I had to cancel the 1st line to book the 2nd which at the time is the most important one under a different name. On installation we were told the line connection was a few telegraph poles away and needed further planning. A week later it was installed but lost the landline to the house on the attempted 1st installation. Trooli denied responsibility for this
Not the best experience. Still desperately need the 2nd line but one installation per household. Unless someone in Trooli customer service reads this and can help
I am trying to give you my business. Contact me and install the line I need. Win win for both of us

Great Service
Spoke to Kash who was very helpful, polite and efficient
He explained the installation details clearly and I was able to sign and choose an installation date to coincide with the end of my present contract. Finally the new router arrived within the week
