Such a simple ordering process. I was kept well informed of delivery and delivery was made on time. I wish I could attach a photo of the delivered item, it is beautiful. Wrapped beautifully and looks so impressive. The recipient was over the moon. Would definitely recommend this company.

Very poor service. Did not deliver or even despatch my gift. Then had the disloyalty to blame the courier twice! So not bad enough they didn’t fulfil the order; but they didn’t even remember the excuse they had used the first time I complained, and sent me exactly the same email response the second time ! So apparently my tree was not scanned by the courier and it was now considered lost . Having contacted Dpd myself, they confirmed they had never even received my order , in order, to then lose it TWICE!
I cancelled my order ( as it was now a week late for the special anniversary I had bought it for) purchased from another supplier who delivered the very next day …….

The service was very good delivery better than than expected rose Bush appears to be good

I received a very tall box with a stump inside was expecting a rose Bush cost me over 40 quid disgusted

I ordered a rose for a special 70th birthday, delivered on time packaged beautifully and a great sized healthy plant. I would definitely use this service again.

I paid extra for a Saturday delivery as the tree was a wedding present for my now wife. The tree didn’t arrive till the following Tuesday. Although the response to my query was quick - I wasn’t offered any compensation or valid reason for the delay and lack of communication. Hopefully the quality of the tree exceeds the quality of the service.

I ordered the Herb Garden Gift from the USA to send to the UK. My mum loved the trio of herb plants. Excellent quality and perfectly sized for indoor use. Website is easy to navigate and communication was excellent, letting me know when my order was on its way and delivered. Highly recommend!

We ordered an olive tree in a pot as a moving in present for some dear friends and they absolutely loved it. It came quickly, in very good condition and well presented. The nice thing about this tree us that it can spend its life in the pot so is perfect for a small garden, or in this case a small terrace.

Ordered a tree for my friend who lost her mum suddenly. Tree was sent without the plaque first then the plaque that was sent had tiny print on that is difficult to read. Really disappointed with this service. Not what you want at a time like that.

Bought a tree for our friend’s 40th. I chose standard delivery (3-5 working days) and on day 3 I messaged to ask if this could be dispatched as it was our friend's birthday the next day and their customer service team could not have been more accommodating. They made sure it was dispatched the same day as my message was sent to them and it arrived promptly the next day.

My friend also informs me that her magnolia tree gift is beautiful and she’s really pleased with it. I will definitely be using this online shop again.

Great website easy to navigate. Bought a diamond wedding anniversary rose bush and it arrived on the day I chose but not before 1pm. My parents loved it, and were very impressed. Great service.
