Excellent speedy service, arrived on time and excellent quality.

Ordered 60th anniversary white roses with a card.
They were purchased to be a gift for my girlfriend as she loves white roses.
Needless to say, given my score, upon receiving them I feelt very disappointed. Bush was very tiny and very sad looking.
I though hopefully they will grow so ended up giving it to her with additional flowers purchased elsewhere. Bush was just to sad...
On 2nd day after delivery bush started turning yellow and it will probably die. It is on its last legs....
Very upsetting and disappointing.

Plant was smaller than I expected. With very little root system. Not very good at all, I don't think it will grow .wasted my money on this. Would not recommend this product to anyone

I bought a peace rose as a gift for my best friend whose husband passed away. A white rose as he was a Yorkshire man. On the delivery box photo the package looked about 1m tall. Yesterday I saw it when I visited. It was about 15cms tall! Gutted after paying £40+. Could have purchased an Auston roses one twice the size. It was embarassing 😔

Placed order all confirmed for delivery 4th June one week before agreed delivery told by text rose was coming today 7days early refused delivery told after a number of non returned phone calls delivery could only be done on the wensday before or the tues after the 4th will never use this company again got full refund

Quick and easy to order and delivered on time. However the wrong card was sent with the rose. I left a message on the contact number requesting a refund for the card. This was done promptly. But an apology would have been a common courtesy and this was notably absent.

Easy to order, delivered on time and recipient was delighted with the gift. Superb!

I contacted the company by email initially for advice and had a fast response.
I purchased a rose tree for a friend ,which she loved, it was easy to buy on the website . I was a bit confused with one element of the site and made a mistake . Sent an email and mistake rectified very quickly. Rose delivered as requested.

Brilliant service received a healthy rose tree

I ordered a pair of Bay Tree Gifts to be sent to friends as a joint Birthday present. I paid extra to get the gift delivered on a specific date which happened to be a Saturday, which also incurred an extra cost. The assigned date came and went with no delivery. I chased it up and while the response was prompt there was no real acknowledgement of failure. Upon my request P&P costs were refunded.
When the pair of Bay Trees did arrive they were certainly not a pair and did not look like the picture on the website. The trees are healthy and were well packaged, but are not an identical pair with one tree shorter than the other and one tree round in shape and the other more oblong. My friends were happy to receive them, but for me they are disappointing and when potted up either side of the door look odd because they are not a matching pair as advertised. I would have added a photograph had the option been available.

The tree was exactly as described, about 70cm height with flowers and some fruit and it was delivered fast, very happy customer

The lemon tree was a gift for a friend. It arrived promptly, I was kept informed of its journey, it was very carefully packed. The tree is excellent quality and a good size and shape. My friend is very happy!

I placed my order months before my required delivery date, as I wanted it to arrive on the day of my anniversary, as a gift for my husband, but it didn’t arrive. The tracking service that was supplied was useless, as it didn’t even let me enter the tracking details, it just kept informing me that I had no order to track. Eventually my order arrived a day later and was just left on my doorstep as I wasn’t there to receive it.
Prior to receiving my order I had contacted customer service to inquire where my order was, when they finally responded they told me that my order hadn’t even been picked up as the courier service had let them down and I would receive four days afterwards, this was all lies as I had my order by then and if the courier service hadn’t even picked my order up why did I get an email stating my order was on its way, the day before my delivery date. Needles to say I won’t be using this company again.

I was very impressed with the ordering system, however I amended the greetings message, but it was not changed as promised, so very disappointed.

My father recently passed and I received such a lovely gift from dear friends, the At Peace rose which I look forward to blooming.

I received a Floribunda Bush Rose in a Gift towards the end of last year and it looked to be doing very well indoors.
However, re-potted in a Planter and think I may have lost it to a frost.
Replaced it with the exact same and re-potted once again in a Planter... let's see what happens this time.
Previous Roses from T2MD have grown exceptionally well in Planter pots.
