I have just ordered and received a ‘ Fab @ 70’ rose . This rose is for my best friends 70th birthday . It has arrived very well packaged , on the day expected and beautifully presented in the pink bag which I chose .
Thank you English Roses, I am very much looking forward to giving my friend this gift later this week . I will share my experience with others and I totally recommend using this company .

We ordered our friend an 80th Birthday rose from your company, because we were given, the Golden Beauty rose by a friend on our 50th Wedding Anniversary. We have had the rose for nearly three years and it is still beautiful.
The 80th Birthday rose arrived on our chosen date in lovely condition and our friend is very pleased with it. She remarked on the sweet fragrance of it and also liked the cotton gift bag, which she will use for other items.

We bought a friend the Friends rose to celebrate her 60th birthday and also to mark 40+ years of us all being friends. The website was a little glitchy the day I ordered but the order successfully went through and the rose plant arrived on our chosen October date in a large sturdy box. Our friend loved the rose and is now looking forward to planting it in her beautiful garden.

A group of us ordered a beautiful rose - “It’s a wonderful life” for our friend’s 80 th birthday. The ordering process was very straightforward and the lady was extremely helpful when I phoned to ask a few questions. When the rose arrived it was wonderfully well packaged.
Our friend was delighted with her present and was so pleased that in September there were still some buds to flower and that it was a beautiful green and bushy plant. She also loved the willow basket which we opted to add as an extra so the rose was all ready to go straight onto her patio when she received it.

Simple easy ordering process and fantastic delivery slots. The recipient was overwhelmed with the rose which is in bud even though the season is coming to an end. Well worth every penny and wonderful service.

This was my first order with Englishroses. I purchased the "Twice In A Blue Moon" Rose and received my order promptly on the 16th August 2026 and was firstly very impressed at the sturdy packaging, I had never had a plant so well packaged and protected. My rose was safely delivered and no damage at all. Having recently lost my Mum, I decided that as the Blue Moon Rose was both a favourite of ours with its beautiful colour and scent, this would be a lovely reminder of her and it has now taken pride of place in my garden and has already provided a bounty of colour and fragrance. I have been very impressed with this company and the quality rose that I have received. I will certainly be ordering from Englishroses again and highly recommend them.

Beautiful get‑well Jubilee Melliodora Rose for friends who were delighted. The first purchase was a memorial gift voucher. The range of options made selecting something appropriate very easy. My second order - the rose was well packed, arrived in excellent condition and the quality was outstanding. I would highly recommend this company.

Having ordered from this company on numerous occasions over the years and received good quality products, today I had the unpleasant experience of having to deal with their customer service for the first time. Having purchased a rose online and populating the delivery address using their pre-populate form from inputting the postcode and selecting the appropriate address, only for it to be delivered to my home address, not the recipients I selected. The address had the right delivery address, but had merged with my home postcode. I can only assume this had happened due to my billing address being previously set up on the account with my payment details.

After emailing and ringing English Roses to explain the error and possible IT issue, I was told repeatedly that there was nothing that could be done, as I should have checked my invoice properly. Not at any point did the customer services representative thank me for my repeat custom, or ask what she could do to help resolve the situation, nor thank me for flagging a possible and significant floor in their IT infrastructure.

I felt completely ignored, was blamed for the mistake, was made to feel like I was digitally illiterate, despite working with IT systems daily, and then had the phone hung up on me. In addition, my follow up email has been ignored.

Despite ordering from them regularly for gifts and recommending them to family, friends and colleagues, I can safely say that will not be the case in future. This company are absolutely appalling with their clients when something goes wrong. (Order number: 85157). Sort out your customer service, as today you have lost a repeat customer!

The rose was a gift and it arrived on the right day. Recipient seems pleased with it.

I ordered a Golden Beauty Rose to gift at a retirement event. I ordered in plenty of time, but had issues with DPD not delivering.
