We can only comment on the booking process as we haven't been on our trip yet, however, Natalie was friendly, helpful and most of all she listened to what we wanted. Natalie delivered a first class service and what looks like a fabulous trip at a reasonable price. Thank you Natalie!

We used Travel Nation to plan our honeymoon in Canada and we couldn't be happier with the advice and service we received. Graham supported us through the entire process and took time to understand what we wanted to do during our two week trip. Graham put together a perfect itinerary based partly on personal experience of the destination, which was then tailored based on some follow-up chats. We felt in safe hands while we were away thanks to the Travel Nation app and the detailed notes provided by Graham. We'd definitely use Travel Nation again when organising a longer or more complex trip away. Highly recommended!!

This was a round the world trip stopping in seven destinations. Hotels were all to expectation and just what were requested. Pick ups and drop offs were all to time and excellent. Flights were all booked and organised so well. The app provided was excellent, as was the portable hot spot Wi-Fi in Japan, which was brilliant with two teenagers and seven travellers in total. The year's preparation for the trip and support provided throughout the whole experience was second to none. Have already recommended Travel nation to others due to the professional and friendly approach given by the staff. The organisation of the trip was second to none and the support given to rebook our last flight due to the Air Canada strike. Unable to thank enough.

This was our first time booking a holiday with Travel Nation (TN).
We first had a meeting with Jonny, our TN contact, who took the time to understand all our preferences and wishes for a trip to S Africa and Botswana. We were very reassured by his experience and knowledge, Jonny had even stayed the safari lodge he recommended in Botswana. Jonny's recommendations for hotels were perfect for us and he then took care of booking all the flights, transfers and hotels.
Everything on the trip then proceeded to work perfectly. The hotels were fantastic and the ground arrangements went like clockwork. We also appreciated the TN travel app so there was no need for any other paperwork required and felt very reassured by their 24/7 helpline just in case.
We will certainly be using TN in the future and highly recommend them to others.

I can’t enthuse enough about my experience with Graham at Travel Nation. He invested time in getting to know me and what I was looking to achieve from my trip. He also constructively challenged some of my thinking which in hindsight could have compromised my trip. He was forthrightly honest (which I loved), always with humour. He was also incredibly patient when I did a 180 degree turn on a significant element, far down the planning track, and went through my long list of questions. His knowledge of the country, where to go, how to do it within an agreed budget, at a pace that suited me, was phenomenal. Plus he went the extra mile in accommodating calls with me
when my schedule was challenging. A real star backed by the ecosystem of Travel Nation, a powerful combination! I will be using them for all my big future travel plans.

The whole guided trip was utterly amazing! 😊 and lots of incredible experiences.

The bespoke trip to Tanzania that TravelNation organised for us was exceptional. We crafted the itinerary together and the time they took to listen to what we wanted and then match it against the hotels and lodges was very spot on. I wouldn't hesitate in using them again - they are one of the best travel agencies we've used - and their app is outstanding.

This was our first attempt at a multi-country holiday—let alone a round-the-world adventure—and thanks to you (and Travel Nation), everything went perfectly. Our round the world trip was efficiently organised by Marie. She did a great job advised us on locations and weather (which we did not listen to, it is VERY hot in Qatar in August)
She organised an amazing itinerary for Sri Lanka which we loved.
We had one little hiccup which I panicked about and intervened before Travel Nation could do anything to sort it. We had an amazing time and thank Marie enormously for her assistance. Diolch

Nikki organised an 8 night holiday in the Canadian Rockies followed by 7 nights in Florida. We have 2 children aged 12&9, and were very grateful of all Nikki’s suggestions of activities to do, and even child friendly places to stop on longer journeys. She also booked hotels where possible with small kitchen areas allowing us to do breakfast and make up lunches for the day in the room, which helps keeps the cost of food down!
I really feel that she listened to what we wanted, and tailored the holiday specifically to us! She has held our hand the whole way through, answered numerous questions and made several “tweaks” to the itinerary to get it perfect for us. This is the second time we have booked an adventure with Nikki, we will no doubt ask her to help us again in the future and can highly recommend her to others. Thank you Nikki for giving us an amazing holiday with memories to last a lifetime!

I can't recommend Jim highly enough. I contacted him saying I'd like to book a tour to Belize and a week later I had THE most amazing trip booked including flights, hotels, a bonus two night stop in Miami (including a very cool beach front hotel) and a head full of ideas for my itinerary. No pressure- just recommendations based on good solid travel experience, getting to know what kind of thing I might like, his enthusiasm for ensuring I got the most out of my trip and his passion for exploring the world. I really enjoyed the whole booking process, I was able to concentrate on the fun stuff- where did I want to snorkel? Did I want an ocean view in my hotel? - while Jim sorted out the mechanics- flight connections, advising me on visas and airport transfers. All this was put together in a very exciting looking Travel Nation online itinerary with extras about destinations, need to knows and other cool stuff. Jim is very chill and very professional- the ideal combo. I hope he enjoyed the booking process too because I'm not booking with anyone else from now on!

Jim Faulkner organised our trip. A complicated multi stop visit from East Coast to the West Coast Canada. Every part of the trip was seamless and the activities were brilliant. There were several amends during the planning and nothing was too much trouble.

Marie from Travel Nation prepared a perfectly efficient international flight plan for us with excellent airlines. We had a superb trip to Australia, New Zealand, and Polynesia. We will definitely use Travel Nation for future travel plans to Asia.

I've used Travel Nation for about six or seven years for my own Corporate travel around the World and recently due to work changes had to arrange other staff travel arrangements.....with many changes to flights/dates etc., - especially for our flights finally confirmed departing Heathrow for Haneda on 05th of July and returning on 02nd of August -dates had to be amended several times due to our staff and customer work amendments.... Travel Nation staff - with special thanks to Jim Faulkner made the appropriate changes to Airlines, flights and dates promptly without fail and ensured our staff travels were arranged with no anomalies. Travel Nation is throughly recommended and offers very good value for flight costs - even Corporate costs which are mainly offered by other travel companies at "list price".

It's so hard to be back home! We're missing the lovely buffets, events and daily fun!
It was a really fantastic trip - all flight connections, collections/pick-ups were seamless so thank you for organising such a wonderful trip. There were so many memorable days and events on the holiday but our highlight was our stay in Abai Lodge- a really magical place. We saw 3 orangutans in the wild and up close- a large male and a female and a baby. Just amazing!! Also the firefly night safari which was also there, was excellent too!

What's great about using Travel Nation is that you are completely looked after from booking to being away. You're never without help or support which means you can relax and really get in to your trip.

Travel Nation offered a great trip that covered the places me and my mum wanted to go and had been thinking about for years, and Jim worked with us to tailor the trip entirely to our needs. This was a long awaited trip and even when life happened and we had to amend our dates there was no issue, only help and understanding.

Big shout out to Shelley at TN as well who was so helpful :)
