Scott has sorted our adventures ........... Japan last year was amazing , BUT our latest 5 week S American trip was simply our best ever trip. Designed just for us we had so many great memories created that were blown away by how good a job Travel Nation had done THANKS

From the first moment that we* contacted Jim, he bent over backwards to answer our many queries and arrange our round the world business tickets [8 countries, 3 continents], including subsequent, pre-departure questions. He was very efficient and promptly answered them to our satisfaction.
*Actually, our travelling companions 'found' Travel Nation.
Given the length of our trip [52 days]/number of destinations, we were worried we might encounter flight complications, but everything worked [almost] like clockwork. An internal flight from Buenos Aires to Iguazu was changed, but Jim quickly rectified it.
We liked the TN app, reminding us what day it was[!], providing all flight/e-tickets info, check-in reminders, maps, points of interest, weather, things to do, exchange rate calculator, etc.
We've already recommended Jim Faulkner/TN to other friends and wouldn't hesitate to contact him again, should we embark on another, complicated trip! Many thanks!

This tour was organised by Nikki Clarke at TN and took in everything that we asked for and added some extra .It was well planned and everything from transfers , hotels, internal flights , trains and tour guides was included saving us an enormous amount of grief and heartache . It all went smoothly being kept informed of any slight changes etc to the itinerary by the agents or guides . We saw and experienced everything that was on our wish list thanks to Nikkis hard work , seeing a Tiger in the wild at Ranthambhore was a particular highlight , and we enjoyed our 6days at Goa . All the hotels were perfect . We're thinking of our next trip now and wouldn't hesitate to use Travel Nation . Thanks again Nikki .

We had an amazing trip to the Seychelles, all arranged by Jonny at Travel Nation, who managed every little detail for us.

We visited Praslin, La Digue, and Mahe over the period of two glorious weeks

The result of this was that we had the most amazing and relaxing trip, trusting that we didn't have to worry about anything.

Chris West was really helpful. He made great holiday suggestions we had not thought of and kept us informed about any changes to flights and itinerary. The Travel Nation app was exceptional as it notified us of imminent flights in a timely manner. Their blogs give brilliant ideas for vacations and price ranges and this is the seventh year I have used Travel Nation and would highly recommend them.

Chris (West) was fantastic from Day 1, where options were provided to save costs and time, right through the end of the trip. This included rebooking one flight (at no cost) mid-trip as well as tagging on extra baggage to another - again, no cost. All frequent flier miles collected.... So, a total of 15 flights UK to NZ and back and many places in between. Everything worked seamlessly.

Nothing too much trouble for Chris and always a friendly attitude. Would definitely use again.

This was our third long-haul trip organised by Travel Nation. Following Canada & Australia over recent years this time we returned to Australia then moved on to Japan. To say our trip was amazing would be an understatement. Our Consultant Chris knows our requirements & tailored an itinerary to our specific needs. We flew Emirates from Stansted with Chauffeur Transfers & our hotel in Melbourne, Treasury on Collins, is now our spiritual home in the country. Thereafter, Chris organised our flight to Cairns, Car Hire & found us a Boutique Hotel in Port Douglas & a Chalet on the beach at Cape Tribulation. The hotel & chalet were both special & excellent fits for us. Also, memories of the trip to the Barrier Reef, again organised by Travel Nation, will stay with us forever. We flew from Cairns, which is well worth a look, to Tokyo using JetStar whose Business Class offering was very impressive. A Chauffeur Transfer from Tokyo Airport to our hotel provided a gentle introduction to the country & the hotel being centrally situated made it easy to explore large parts of Tokyo on foot. The language did present challenges but nothing the Translation App could not handle. We stayed at a Ryokan, a Japanese Inn, which enabled us to immerse ourselves in Japanese culture. An interesting experience! Chris organised a Japan Railways, Rail Pass, which gave us travel flexibility. The ride on the Bullet Train from Odawara to Kyoto will long live in the memory. 235-miles in 2-hours 10-minutes & arrived on time. Brilliant! Kyoto is less frenetic than Tokyo & again very walkable. We travelled from Kyoto to Osaka for our return flight to the UK by rail & with the Rail Pass & booked seats the whole transfer was seamless.

We couldn’t fault Travel Nation’s itinerary & in particular the service Chris provided. The trip was truly fantastic.

A well planned trip made for a perfect experience.
It helped to exchange ideas with our agent, Jim to set an itinerary that worked perfectly for us. We did things that we may not have thought about which made for a more interesting holiday.
We could relax that everything was booked for us and ABTA protected.

My self and my wife have just returned from an incredible trip that was impeccably planned by Natalie Brown. The trip to Hawaii , Japan and Thailand went completely as planned and we both had a wonderful time. From the outset, Chris was very attentive, listened to all my requirements and made tweaks as requested until I had the perfect package. He kept in touch throughout the journey, updating my flights when the airline made changes and even added my airmiles account mid journey when I remembered I had forgotten to supply him with details. Chris also had lots of useful tips for the destinations I was travelling to and called me when I was home to see how it went. Highly recommended for anyone who is making multiple flights and wants to take the stress out of coordinating everything.

My wife and I planned our wedding and honeymoon trip to the South Pacific with Travel Nation and we are so glad we went with them. Our consultant Tracey was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and helpful throughout the planning process and during the trip. We always felt in control of the planning, always given clear advice but never pushed into a decision. The local partner companies Travel Nation worked with, particularly Rosie Holidays in Fiji, were also very professional. We would thoroughly recommend Travel Nation.

Olly structured a great set of flights to Tokyo, South Korea and China for us over a 6 week period. With a couple of new ideas from him it met what we needed perfectly. It saved us a lot of time and allowed us to get on with planning our tours etc. All went very smoothly. If your planning a trip i recommend you give Olly a call.

Jim came up with a good itinerary after hearing from us what we wanted to include. He tailored hotel stays for our budget. The TravelNation app was excellent and provided all the documentation needed, even though we rarely had to give any reference numbers to reception.

We dealt with Natalie at Travel Nation and she was amazing, we had a number of challenges around particular car we wanted, specific hotel but nothing was too much and we have a trip planned that is so exciting and we cannot wait.
The response time was amazing and we received email confirmations every step of the way. The itinerary was detailed, all costs covered and explained - no surprises!
Would totally recommend this company if you are looking for a truly bespoke, unique experience.

We had a good break from the beginning to the end. It is lovely to be able to rely on a travel agent that makes things happen. We were expected at all hotels and excursions. Drivers for our transfers were ready on time. Our trips were very interesting and we never suffered from information overload. Communication with Travel Nation and the local agent in Costa Rica was good. We did not need them but it was nice to know that someone was there if we required. We are now preparing for our next trip with Travel Nation.

Jim took all the hassle out of organising a trip abroad to see family with some stopovers to break up the long flight, so that I just focus on the “nice” bits! All went so smoothly and the team were really responsive to my questions. I even got a reminder before my trip to remind me to organise visas which was very much appreciated!

Our TN expert Jim knew exactly what was required when my partner and I requested a music journey through America's Deep South.
We have just enjoyed a delightful trip which met all expectations. I even managed to wear my blue suede shoes at Elvis' Graceland!
Jim created a sparkling itinerary. We are left with unforgettable memories!
