Nikki at Travel nation helped us plan a great multi stop trip across KL, Bali, Lombok & Gili T. We were able to really personalise our holiday and get the best balance for us and our teenage children. Having all our accommodation and transfers arranged through one company saved us so much hassle.
The TN app is really useful once you are on your holiday, giving key information without needing WiFi access.
We'll definitely be using them again.

We had an excellent experience booking our trip through Travel Nation with Adam. Our daughter had planned a round-the-world adventure with them last year, and they went above and beyond with our own travel enquiry as well. Although we made several changes to our itinerary, Adam was incredibly patient throughout and managed to secure us a fantastic deal with convenient flight times and great-value hotels. We would highly recommend Travel Nation, especially for anyone planning a complex journey.

This is the 2nd year we have used Travel Nation for multi-stop, long haul holidays and they have been simply marvelous. Having set the general parameters, Nikki planned a great 3.5 weeks of travel across Canada taking in all that we had asked for and more. All air, sea, road and rail travel went smoothly and we're already looking ahead to next year with Travel Nation!

Our adviser Natalie was extremely knowledgeable about the country we wanted to visit, establishing our preferences for accommodation, transfers, side trips and excursions, flights and car hire then putting together the perfect experience for our once-in-a-lifetime bucket-list trip. She kept us updated every step of the way, and was so friendly and helpful that I feel she should be on our Christmas card list as a new best friend!

This was our umpteenth big adventure booked through Travel Nation. It was as flawless as ever. Jim Faulkner has organised trips for us before and he has never disappointed. This was a deft combination of Canadian city and wilderness experiences, well picked hotels, combinations of air,rail and road travel and personalised excursions. Couldn't be bettered!

My consultant Jim Faulkner put together a great round the world trip to Japan, Vietnam, Australia and French Polynesia with a stopover in San Francisco. All the arrangements worked very well and the itinerary was easily available on an offline app.
All in all I would highly recommend Travel Nation.

Chris with Travel Nation organised our honeymoon! We had a stunning 5 star safari experience seeing the big 5 followed by an all inclusive beach resort in Mauritius. Throughout it all Chris was responsive and helped us tweak our itinerary to get all we wanted in and maximise our time. He helped us find the best places to go and got us some honeymoon treats included.

We had such a fabulous time and he was on hand if needed to help should any issues arrive. We will definitely use travelnation again!

Business Class round the world adventure. Kelly Weekes was outstanding in all communications and planning.
Every step was well documented and clearly laid out. Only one driver wasn’t waiting where detailed but a quick call to the number given resolved it and we were on our way from the airport.
The highlight of the holiday was the helicopter transfer and week on the Fijian island resort of Tokoriki.

Our travel plans needed to consider many factors: multiple destinations, connecting business class flights, airport assistance at each airport (departure and arrival), wheelchair in each resort, private guided tours in each destination, premium quality hotels and a 24/7 customer support and assistance if and when required.

David Taylor was amazing and provided prompt advice, assistance and support throughout the process for all our travel plans and cannot thank him enough for a fantastic experience.

Travel National had meticulously planned our six week trip to Japan (3 weeks) and Vietnam (3weeks). From the flights and the hotels to the guides, (who were English speaking , very professional and waiting for us at the correct location.) In Japan they organised the tickets for the bullet train and the underground (virtually impossible as a westerner to do on your own) We also had a private audience with a Meiko in a tea house and visits to palaces and temples. Our guide in Tokyo also found the best Cherry blossom! In Vietnam we visited palaces ,cities and mountain villages where we saw breathtaking rice terraces and waterfalls and ate lunch with a local family in their home. They organised the mini bus transfers in Vietnam and all were clean comfortable and on time. We could not have organised all of these amazing experiences ourselves. Travel Nation have the local knowledge and the contacts to give us the best prices and very specialised experiences. I would definitely recommend Travel National, we have used them before in New Zealand and Australia and we will be using them again. Thank you all !

Natalie has always been so professional and helpful. This is our second tailor made holiday and both times Natalie has managed to put together all the things that we wanted to be included in our trip. With a lot of patience with me changing and adding things, Natalie created the ideal itinerary for both trips. We booked our round the world trip / abroad wedding / honeymoon with Travel Nation and they were simply fantastic throughout the whole process.

Tracey was able to use her vast experience to advise and organise us an amazing trip (excellent choice of hotels/ fight times/ itinerary etc.) and her communication and attention to detail throughout was first-class.

In total we had nine flights, three car/ motorhome hires and several hotels and it all ran extremely smoothly, thanks to the outstanding organisation Tracey had done for us. She was also extremely helpful with advising us about the documentation needed for the legal wedding we had abroad and again that day ran smoothly and we had the most incredible day.

Working with Travel Nation and Scott was incredibly seamless when organising our honeymoon. We were provided tons of advice and a lot of flexibility to experience the best of French Polynesia and brought to life our dream trip. Even when Heathrow closed on the day of departure due to a fire, the team jumped in to help get us to our destination in a smooth and pain-free way. The recommendations for excursions were on point and the hotel accommodations booked throughout the trip happily met or exceeded our expectations. Overall, a brilliant service and Team, I highly recommend them.
