The service that we are experiencing is exceptional. Jack is on hand to deal with and support any queries promptly.

We have had no issues and I would definately recommend using Transport Hub.

A message of thanks for the excellent return trip same day from Bristol to Twickenham to watch the rugby. The transportation was faultless - on time, comfortable and the driver YASH was friendly, helpful and provided excellent service!!

Great communication and great service. Pick up and drop off at stansted airport for 11 of us and even took us to seperate home addresses on return with no extra cost. Would definitely use again.

Reliable communication, with good and responsive follow-up by Sarah during the booking and confirmation process (we booked a 12-14 seater minibus for a day trip).
The vehicle itself was ok albeit a bit dated (so not 5 stars for the bus) but most importantly the driver Daniel was punctual, flexible and friendly. Thank you!

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish, Sarah Frost was amazing.

The taxi she arranged were on time, friendly and got us there and back from the venue with ease!

Would 100% recommend.

Thanks mark

Excellent service right from the online process, with Anna on the booking team and finally Rob the coach driver. All very professional and no issues at all, completely seamless. Thanks Al.

Friendly driver, prompt arrival, competitive pricing

We had a great, very considerate driver who took brilliant care of us. He was very punctual, lovely to chat to, a very safe driver and he made us all feel welcome in his van. Great service! Also I loved the way the booking took place. Felt well taken care of from the start to the end.

Alex Hart was very good at communicating the booking and driver info for the 20 seater bus we hired.
Both journeys too and from the airport were on time and smooth. Great service !

This is the first time we have hired a vehicle through Transport Hub UK and we are very grateful to be helped by Emma with all our clients' needs. Not just 1 or 2, but we rent more than 20 vehicles during our clients' trips to London. The car is in good condition, the driver is neatly dressed. Emma is also very responsive and proactive in communicating, making it easier for us if we need changes or assistance immediately.

Friendly and professional company very user friendly system. Everything went according to plan.

Would have been 5 star if progress is communicated. Downpayment was done on a Wednesday but no communication until Saturday. In those days of silence, i thought i was scammed ☹️. I put my trust in the reviews that this is legit. In the end, our trip for the next Monday went smoothly. Thanks to sarah who arranged our journey!!! Will definitely try next time. Hopefully, communication by then is improved.

Correspondence from start to finish from driver Lorraine was 1st class, additionally she was very accommodating when our needs changed slightly as she had no issues with any changes we asked of her .

Great overall experience from the team, they fully supported a 3 week schedule covering both day and night shifts 24/7.

Alex Hart was approachable, and arranged great transportation for our wedding guests. Would highly recommend:)

All good. Arrived on time. Polite and friendly driver! Would definitely use again.

Great experience, Alex Hart was very efficient and helpful (especially in dealing with a last-minute change due to a train strike) and our driver Mohammed was very kind. Would book again!

I only came across this company by searching for a local minibus company to get a group of 10 of us into London. everything was seemless, from the initial booking enquiry with Sarah who updated us with any changes, to our driver Daniel, nothing was an issue or problem at all. Will 100% use you again. Thanks so much

Sam Lee organised our coach hire, driver contacted us 2 days before pick up. Nice coach and polite driver. Coach arrived early on the day.

Easy booking and good communication - would 100% book again

Thankyou Sam and transport hub uk ❤️
