Trade Tested Omdömen

Excellent after-sales service! I had a query about a year-old product, and the team responded quickly and professionally. It's refreshing to see a company that truly stands behind its products long after the purchase. Highly commendable.

Service and delivery was excellent.

My section has limited space after our new build and I needed a small shed to put my lawn mower and gardening tools and materials in. I didn't want one that required hundreds of rivets and a wooden floor at an extra cost. I did a search for sheds and came accross the Keter Cortina Alto Shed 1.4m x 0.7m advertised on the Trade tested web site. When ordering they explained there would be a couple of weeks delay. I was kept up to date throughout the whole process. The delivery was made exactly as they said it woud be and the shed itself is perfect for my use. Looking further on their web site there is a great variety of products that can be obtained from them. I will definitely make them my first choice for other requirements should I need any.

Great service, good products.Communication and sevice would one of the best I have dealt with.Throughly recommend them.

I found the Trade Tested website really easy to navigate and, once I decided on my cost-effective purchases, the delivery times were excellent, as were the quality of the products received. The follow up support from the staff at Trade Tested was also excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to shop with them again. Very happy!

I brought a hammer concrete drill for a build on my property, for the price i payed i think it was a grate deal and it even had drill bit set with concrete broker bar and chisel bit.
Worked very well no problem.

I've placed an order for a chipper on Monday morning and it arrive on Tuesday morning.
They have kept in touch with me about what happened.
The driver was very friendly.

The storage box is excellent and was easy to put together. I have already told several people about the affordability of the box and where I purchased it. What's better is that it cleaned up all the grandchildren's outdoor toys, and I now have less trouble getting them to put the toys away. A win-win.

Awesome dog fence - too high for our precious pup to jump over. Great price and very quick delivery.

Hi
Well we are officially done with trade tested products 🙄.
We bought a dog cage awesome product but when you as a company quote that your products are for New Zealand conditions this i find false advertising. So we had winds and the wind tore the cage. So thank you for wasting our time. This time I will not delete the review because you asked us too in exchange for a full refund of the greenhouse that we bought from you also along with the double garage that was all rusted and you gave us a $200 store credit as compensation. No this time you don't control what i write. YOU ARE SCAMMERS!!!

This is a well-built machine which splits logs with ease if they are Green, but with dry wood that is knotty, it can struggle with and may require more than one pass but to split the wood. All in all, I'm very pleased with my Hyundai 7-ton log splitter and would recommend this all folks who are looking for a home log splitter...This 7 ton log splitter punches well above it's weight and will handle most home jobs well, but if you have a lot of big trees to split Trade Tested offer larger log splitters!

Absolute awesome service

We bought a greenhouse from Trade Tested and the experience has been awful, largely due to very poor customer service. The kit that arrived was missing several crucial pieces: the communication with Trade Tested about this was very frustrating. Emails back and forth with various staff members went round in circles as they seemed to not understand which product we were referring to! It took weeks and escalating to angry phone calls to finally get the missing parts dispatched. When the parts arrived, one had been broken in transit. An email to Trade Tested just elicited a bland response about ‘escalating the issue’. In the end, months after our original purchase, we just got on and built our greenhouse with the broken part. If you have any option I would strongly recommend NOT dealing with Trade Tested.

Online ordering is intuitive and easy to use. Delivery is prompt and on time. The product is so much easier to don and remove compared to other products. It’s the second pair that I’ve ordered. The first pair sustained major damage from a chainsaw but prevented a significant injury!

My first experience ordering from Trade Tested & I am super impressed! Great product (had been looking for decent sized kneeling pads for ages) and also excellent friendly efficient service. Will most definitely use again & have already recommended this awesome business to others.

I recently purchased a foam kneeling pad from Trade Tested and couldn't be happier with my experience. From start to finish, everything was seamless and enjoyable. The website was easy to navigate, with clear product descriptions and helpful photos, making choosing the right item simple.

The ordering process was straightforward, and I appreciated the prompt confirmation and regular updates about my shipment. My kneeling pad arrived carefully packaged and in perfect condition.

The product exceeded my expectations — high-quality, durable, and exactly as described. It’s been incredibly helpful for gardening, cleaning, and any task that requires extra comfort and support for my knees.

What truly stood out was the company’s attention to detail and customer care. Richard, founder and general manager of Trade Tested, made me feel like a valued customer, and I wouldn’t hesitate to shop with them again or recommend them to others.

Thank you, Trade Tested and Richard, for such a wonderful shopping experience!

The kit I bought was cheaper than I could buy it from the company that makes it, so I had to do a double check but it was correct, and it came very quickly, delivered by courier in a couple of days. Very good service.

Got quite a few things of trade tested and a couple pricey items failed and needed replaced and one refunded

the team refunded my money and sent a new item to replace on, no problems and with out fuss
Restored my faith in NZ business
will be giving them more of my money in the future as i know they stand behind their products

really happy with my experience with trade tested.

I recently bought the Greenworks 40V Lawnmower 460mm + Line Trimmer 4.0Ah Kit, and was really pleasantly surprised by the top quality products received. Both items had really clear instructions and were very easy to assemble, and they are both also very easy to operate and have delivered the exact result that I was hoping to achieve with this purchase - easy lawn maintenance. I would definitely recommend these products!

Trade Tested were superb. The log splitter we ordered arrived within the time scale they told us. The delivery drive was brilliant and helped us unload this weighty item too. They did everything perfectly and yes we will recommend them to all our friends and will be using them again. So many thanks to you all at Trade Tested.
