Better at maths than me.
As an amendment to my review below, it turns out I am just an idiot who cannot add up. The delivery charge was correct. I didn't receive the email on the 31st however. But did receive the email following my review.
My apologies.
"Charged me delivery costs even though website advertised orders above £150 are free delivery. Then when asked to refund the delivery charge there was a communication blackout. Delivery was also days late."

Good morning,
Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review.
Our website advertises free shipping on orders above £150 + VAT. On investigation, we can see that your order totals £140.30 ex-VAT, hence why shipping was applied to the order.
Furthermore, we can see your email sent in on 31/07, and can also see one of our agents replied to you within 5 minutes of the email having been received. Please check your junk email folder for this, however we have just re-sent the email chain for your reference.
With regards to the delivery timescale, your order was placed at 11pm on Friday 24th July, so was not picked up by our admin team until the morning of Monday 27th July when we resumed trading. The order was then dispatched on Wednesday 29th July - well within the dispatch timescales we advise in the delivery section of our website - and delivered to you the following morning.
We hope you will consider amending this review once you have had a chance to review the email correspondence, as carriage has been applied appropriately per our delivery terms, communication was clear and immediate, and the goods were delivered to you within the timescales we advise on our website prior to ordering.
The price
The price! I went to a local builders yard and they were initially quoting me £700+ even when they gave me a huge alleged discount they quoted £280. I order from trade pipes and I paid £165!
Delivered to.my door within 72 hours. Can't fault trade pipes

Goods arrived in perfect condition and on time.
The only oddity was the two items arrived by two different couriers.
I would recommend Trade Pipes.

Poor delivery experience - still waiting...
The selection of stock and supplies were great and I had a fast acknowledgement of my order. 11 days after my order the items have not been delivered - or shipped as far as I can tell.
My e-mail enquiry is still unanswered and my last phone call assured me my order was being picked and should be with me shortly. Neither appears to have happened

Very poor
Waiting ages for delivery .. had clear message of instructions for the delivery driver but he either couldn’t read them or wasn’t given them by the company so first attempt at delivery failed and when it was finally delivered it was the wrong colour ! Complete waste of my time and stopped me completing job on time .

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review - we’re sorry to hear about the problem you had with this delivery.
I can this order was dispatched within two working days of being placed, however it appears the goods were misrouted during the transit you. While we make every effort to pass along additional delivery instructions, we use third party couriers, so we cannot guarantee that these will be passed along to the driver.
As for the wrong colour being received, this was an error made in our warehouse, and we take full accountability for this and offer our apologies for the mistake. I can see a full refund has now been issued for the order, and we appreciate any and all feedback in order to improve our service moving forward.
Please feel free to reach out to us at orders@tradepipes.co.uk with any further comments, concerns or suggestions. We would love to make things right with you and hope that you will reconsider us in the future.

I was able to source duct end caps at a very reasonable price delivered promptly. These items are rare and not available within 30 miles of my base so Trade Pipes were the best option. I will use them in the future and highly recommend them as the products are top quality, well done!
