Even one star is too much for this company! Run a mile! Do not answer the phone or reply to emails. Now waiting 10days for the order and only one small box turned up! First time ever that I have been caught out!

Great value, good range of products that are very easy to order. The site provided information about the order and when it has been processed for dispatch. Delivery was within the three working days stated. I would certainly use the service again.

I received my order confirmation, 12 days later….nothings shown up, I’ve been emailing them for the last 5 days asking why the number the site links to doesn’t work, the agent who after 5 messages got back to me claims both their phone numbers work, there is one number listed on the site that isn’t set up properly so when you click - Call it dials a wrong number. So I’m told my order is still on the shelves even after my acknowledgement of my order both 12 days ago and me reminding them 5 days back to which a staff member said they’d checked. Reason given. “A paperwork error” Abysmal company as far as staffing and operations goes. They’ve no way of keeping on top of their online operations and are reliant on you guiding them through their errors. I won’t be returning to landscapeplastics.co.uk and suggest anyone go anywhere else for their materials if they wish to avoid wholesale incompetence.

Was looking for 60mm drainage pipe but was out of stock. I was asked if I wanted informing when the item was back in stock. As soon as the item was back in stock I received an email and ordered the pipe along with end caps and a filter sock. The items were delivered in 2 days and was given a time when to expect it and it was delivered on time. I checked other sites that had these items in stock and none compared the Landscape Plastics for price. Fully recommend this company for price, efficiency and delivery. Thank you

Order marked as completed and only received half….wouldn’t use again

Order came in 3 parts over 2 weeks but all arrived in good working order, I did contact many times to see where the order was but could not get hold of anyone....

Having received a previously successful order, I decided to place another order for drainages components. As to my last comments and given them a 5 star, Landscape Plastics have exceeded yet again my expectations, Great products, Excellent Valued and Great communication by the staff. All this and delivery today on time.
I really do recommended this company based on my experience with them.
Looking forward in doing business with them in do course.

Good quality but delivery service needs work. The first delivery was entirely the wrong order - fortunately I was on site and spotted it, so didnt take it. Then on the second attempt one item was missing, only 3 from 4 boxes arrived. I was told to wait a day or two see if it turns up, it didnt. I was in no great rush, so not too much impact for me. I would use again but allow plenty of time.

Whatever you order make sure you do it at least 2 weeks in advance!!!

Perfect contact delivery and product. I think people only write a review when they have an issue. I rang up to see if they had all the items I needed in stock. The phone was answered in seconds and the lady was very friendly and helpful. I went back to the website, ordered everything on the Wednesday afternoon and it turned up Friday morning. I would definitely order from them again as their price is very competitive and the products are great quality.

Complete Sham of a company. Avoid at all costs, wish I'd read these reviews before engaging with them!

Great communication and really quick delivery, even for a pretty large order. I had a few initial doubts after reading some of the reviews here, but I'll have no doubts about ordering more in future.

Ordered land drain products late on Tuesday evening, received ann email at 4pm on Thursday to say they had been dispatched and they arrived early Friday. All products appear to be of great quality and the prices were most competitive.

I placed a large number of items in my shopping basket and was about to press buy until I thought I'd double check the company background. Previous review’s do the company no favour's where I actually decided against proceeding it until I received a follow up call from Nigel next day. I pointed out my reasons for not proceeding where he gave assurances that all items were in stock with the only potential issue being a 5 day delivery to the Grampian area. I wasn't in a rush so accepted this and placed the order LP24128. Order confirmation was received 10/10/23, Order dispatch was confirmed 11/10/23. Upon arrival 17/10/23 all items were complete and once checked were exactly as described apart from one seal missing. I called and spoke to Mia, explained the missing part and a replacement was sent next day. Personally I'd have absolutely no issues ordering from this company again and will do so for my gutter requirements.
One improvement suggestion would have been to supply a tracking number for delivery as it wasn't until the day off delivery that a text was received but thankfully no harm done as we were in the property at the time.

Materials ordered were partially delivered, and when shortfall advised over phone it then needed emails and more calls to be told these would be within 7 days after initial delivery -enquired 7 days later I'm told items not picked and still in warehouse.
Completely farcical customer service.

No goods received, they don’t pick up the phone or reply to e mails. They are clearly a scam company so I would avoid!

Order arrived 7 day's after purchase. Very good quality drainage products at a reasonable price.

Purchased drainage covers for a current garden renovation as their website states next day delivery. Called next day as still no note of dispatch to be told I wouldn’t receive for at least a week!

They refused to call the warehouse to ask if it could be actioned earlier too. Poor customer service and their website really needs to be clearer with regards to delivery timescales.

Was a bit put off by some bad reviews but seemed most of these were in Covid time which was difficult for everybody. Ordered drainage items late thursday on easter weekend and they arrived on Wednesday! Really fast turnaround. Also the products themselves were of really good quality and nearly half the price of Screwfix and BQ. Give them a try excellent service!

5 STAR SERVICE, was scared to order by the looks what all people write there, but I did order anyway because you can’t find no where better price NO WHERE!
did email them, did receive email back, basically everything when smooth, thanks again and I will keep working with you and I will share with my friends, GREAT EXPERIENCE AND WELL DONE!
