Everyone at TQ Law has been amazing, but the service that Abi and Katie have provided has been incredible. They have been friendly and polite through the entire process of purchasing a house, they have kept me updated through all steps and have helped explain the process in ways I can understand. TQ Law have been amazing from beginning to end. Super efficient and very responsive to my questions 10 weeks from first viewing the property to completion. Abi and Katie kept me updated at every point in the process and always responded within 24 hours and mostly on the same day. My husband and I cannot thank Katrina and Katie enough for our conveyancing experience. They are thorough, professional and clearly experienced. This is the most grossly incompetent solicitor I have ever met who provides conveyancing services. It all began with ID, after going through a stressful process of ID check, only for them to come back 2 months later to provide ID documents. I proposed a completion date of 17/03/2025, the solicitor ignored it for the whole of March and April, I sent a follow-up email in April, and they never responded.
Eventually, the Seller proposed 28/05/2025 for the completion of the sale transaction, and they never got back to me. Every attempt to contact them by phone about what was delaying the completion of the purchase was never successful for over 2 months. They only respond to their emails when they deem fit, and are always lost in thought on the current process. We were not having headway with the AML check, and I made more than 7 attempts to call them, but was not successful, and they never called back, even after telling them by email of my frustration. I would have named the solicitor messing up my conveyancing process, but for privacy concerns. After over 6 months of time-wasting and grossly poor services, I have to cut ties with the solicitors on 29/05/2025. THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE TIME AND MONEY.
