Excellent experience with Topflight
Hi All
1st time I used this company and I can honestly say it was a very smooth and positive result. From the booking which was very simple to the communication etc I had no problems.
Used to book a week away in Zell Am See Austria with tours and half board. Upon touch down we were meet by topflight Rep Simon with coach to take us to hotel again no problems. Hotel was excellent and spotless. Staff very friendly and service excellent.The food was outstanding and the tours were very enjoyable indeed big shout out to Alister and Simon for the excellent job they done. What more could you ask for.Thank you
I would recommend Topflight for holidays or tours and I will certainly use them again in the near future myself.

We spent a fabulous week at the Kristal…
We spent a fabulous week at the Kristal Palace Hotel in Rive del Garda. I would highly recommend this hotel for location, comfort and service. The quality of food served was top notch. We also took 2 excursions; one around the lake and one to Verona. Alex, our guide was exceptional, very knowledgeable and extremely entertaining. I would also like to mention Malcolm from Topflight who is brilliant at his job.
We look forward to our return.

I bought a AC Compressor for my…
I bought a AC Compressor for my 2000corvette and when it was delivered I found one the seal was hammered between the clutch plate and the pulley I reached out to topflight as soon as I notice the problem after two or three days I called again and was finally informed to return the Compressor, it's been 5 working days afther I last talk to any one and 4 working days since the Compressor was received by topflight and no response on my refund.

Too much time on the bus
Too much time on the bus. One day trip over 6 hours on bus, just 4 hours off the bus. Monte Carlo One hour off the bus, not enough time. Evening meals at the hotel disaster. Four small courses, mostly salads, had to eat away from the Pietra Hotel

Excellent experience
Trip was so well organised. The quality of tour leader, bus driver, tour guides, hotel and hotel staff were all excellent. I would highly recommend this tour (Dolomites) and I would certainly book another trip with Topflight in the future.

From the moment we arrived in Italy, and met our Rep Stefano, it felt that you were in safe hands.. he was so informative and approachable.. the Puglia trip … ‘a taste of Puglia’ the escorted tour more than met any expectations we may have had, the hotel, locations and activities were excellent.

Everything organised superbly
Everything organised superbly - from the greetings person at Dublin airport to all the company agents in Lake Garda. Neos airlines excellent.
Two of the three day trips excellent...the Brescia/Bergamo trip good, the tour guides very professional/informative but far too much information given and a bit too long - more free time in Bergamo suggested.
Plusses and minuses with Hotel Oliveto.... location just outside town suited us, breakfast excellent, rooftop infinity pool area superb but rooms not 'guest friendly' - layout poor, too many niggly issues with toilet/shower/fridge etc. No draught beer in hotel!!
Overall, would certainly recommend!

Puglia so majestic
What an amazing experience from start to finish.We were met at the airport by our tour guide Stefano and from there we’re treated like royalty for the week.Amazing tours all inclusive in the price.We were taken by bus tow all our tour days and it took all the stress out of it.Top notch service and hospitality

Just back from a Taste of Puglia and…
Just back from a Taste of Puglia and can honestly say I thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Met a lovely group of people. Hotel was lovely, staff were wonderful. The food was delicious and the weather was just perfect. But the highlight was Stefano, our tour guide. He was knowledgeable, friendly and always had smile on his face. 5 stars is not enough for Stefano.

We had travelled with you to Mayrhofen…
We had travelled with you to Mayrhofen two years ago. We missed having Sue there to welcome us, but Simon went above and beyond to make sure we got the very best of care. We also knew that the welcome and care that awaited us at the Hotel Strass is second to none. We had a great holiday. We missed not been able to visit the Krimmel waterfall, but made up for it visiting the places we enjoyed last time.

Just returned from 'A taste of Puglia'
Just returned from 'A taste of Puglia'. We met up with a lovely group of people and really enjoyed ourselves.
Our guide Stefano was superb. He is kind, caring and witty and not a bad singer🎶. Most importantly, he shared a huge amount of local knowledge and gave great tips for coffee/lunch breaks.
Stefano is a huge asset to Topflight and deserves great praise for a job well done.👏
