Great holiday from start to finish 😁 great on time flight with friendly staff on board, meeting representatives at the airport, the very informative coach ride to our accommodation, beautiful accommodation , having representative on WhatsApp in case we needed them😁

We loved this tip to " A taste of puliga" the trips were fantastic and everything went so smoothly because our our guide STEFAN ..He was amazing,he went above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great time ,and we all did .For us the hotel was far out but topflight supply a car between certain times to yr local town Oustini which is great .We loved Oustini.The hotel is lovely but we did not like the food ,we prefer to go out for dinner ,which was fine .The staff in the hotel were very kind and caring and helped us with recommending beautiful restaurants and scenic bars in ostuni which were fantastic 😍

Topflight were efficient, our representative was very supportive. We would certainly travel with Topflight again.

Stefano was brilliant, nothing was any bother, looked after us so well. Can’t praise him highly enough.

Excellent guide and lovely location.
Stresa is a lovely spot with plenty to do on our free days. The guide shared lots of ideas via whatsapp which was very helpful. Overall a very enjoyable holiday. I was very impressed with the response when there were airport delays on the return journey.

Loved Tastes of Puglia. Loved our guide Stefano - he was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel was also fantastic/ great food & friendly obliging staff.

Topflight are Brilliant and the resort reps were amazing. Everything was superb until are departures and checking in at airport. Nothing to do with the reps who were really frustrated by the person that was doing are check ins. It was such a poor experience it put a real dampener on the holiday. I can only describe the check in person as ignorant, totally oblivious to passengers needs and a poor advert for Custom Service. Wendy are resort reps tried her best to help at check in but was ignored by this person that should never be allowed to front face with passengers.

Booked a trip to Lake Garda for a week in the Majestic Palace Hotel in Malcescine with Topflight. Flew out with NEOS Air. Lovely flights. Top hotel, lovely food, spotlessly clean and extremely pleasant staff. Super de luxe room was huge with a large couch and balcony. Entertainment 3 nights was absolutely fabulous. Shuttle bus takes you down to the village and back several times per day. Village is lovely but shops are expensive. Didn’t get to the cable car due to bad weather but did get the ferry to Limone for the market. Lovely trip and picturesque town. Worth a visit. Scenery is very dramatic and the lake is huge. Second trip with Topflight. Highly recommend, first class service. Pleasure to deal with.

Topflight was well organised and reps were on hand to help with any questions. Booked through Club world in Newry and would not hesitate to use them again.

Hotel staff exceptional

Everything about Topflights performance was brilliant but unfortunately the food in Splendid Palace Hotel was way below the quality which was previously enjoyed there and regular travellers to that hotel har the same opinion. A new policy there was that each travel company was allowed the same tables for each meal which cut off access to having the odd meal on the balcony overlooking the Lake which was in the past a real treat. Malcolm the guide gets a big 5 stars .

Super easy to book & great support through out your holiday

I really enjoyed my stay at the Relais Porta del Sud.Its a beautiful hotel.The staff are very friendly & so helpful but especially Disyree.I enjoyed chatting to her at breakfast.The food was very good & a great choice.I got to taste so many delicious dishes.Our tour manager was Stefano & he was just amazing.His knowledge on all subjects was just fantastic.No question went unanswered. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone,especially if your lucky enough to get Stefano as your guide.

From the moment we arrived and were greeted by our cheerful tour leader Stefano this trip was flawless. The hotel Relais Porto del Sud was ideally situated as a base for the coach tours and the helpful and pleasant staff were always on hand to drive us into Ostuni as required. Food was excellent and allowed us to sample a range of local produce and cuisine. A highlight of our trip was our tour leader Stefano. His humour, knowledge and passion for the region were inspirational. His care, attention and patience were exemplary and indeed any group that get Stefano as a tour leader are fortunate. He is an asset to Topflight.

The staff in Sorrento were outstanding so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Special thanks to Lorna who was so helpful to my disabled husband and I at the airport. Will definitely travel with topflight again.

What a wonderful holiday we experienced last week in Puglia! It really was ‘A Taste of Puglia’ in every respect. The tour was organised exceptionally well, mixing different experiences & activities that were thoroughly enjoyable & well paced. The hotel was a traditional Masseria - full of charm with helpful staff in a peaceful relaxing setting. The food, as we had hoped, was traditionally Italian and plentiful. But the main highlight of our holiday was the wonderful Stefano, our tour leader. He was extremely knowledgeable and so well organised, watching out for each one of us - always with friendliness and humour. He has given us the best memories of this holiday!

My family and I have booked several holidays with topflight and after recently booking a skiing holiday I was made aware of a promotion offering free ski hire to under 18s however I am unable to avail of this as it is only for new bookings. I feel this is very unfair on customers who have already made a commitment to Topflight in favour of other operators.

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday in Puglia with Topflight and we really couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

From the moment we arrived, everything was very well organised. The itinerary was excellent and gave us the chance to see so many beautiful places, including Ostuni, Polignano a Mare, Matera, Alberobello, Locorotondo and Lecce. There was a lovely mix of sightseeing, culture, food and time to relax, without ever feeling too rushed.

We stayed at Hotel Relais Porta Del Sud, which was a very comfortable and peaceful base for the week. The food was excellent, with plenty of choice and quality throughout our stay. The hotel staff — friendly, welcoming and always helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

A special mention must go to our Italian guide, Stefano. He was brilliant and really made the holiday for us. Stefano was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and approachable, and his passion for Puglia and Italian history and culture really came across. He had a great way of bringing the places we visited to life, while also adding plenty of humor, the occasional song and personal stories along the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, and he went out of his way to make sure everyone was enjoying themselves.

We couldn’t speak highly enough of Stefano — he was a real credit to Topflight and one of the highlights of the trip.

Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and would recommend Topflight’s A Taste of Puglia tour.

From booking, to assistance on our holiday in Sorrento by the Resort Managers we had an excellent experience with Topflight. Highly recommend!
