We always buy a multitude of things at the Great Yorkshire Christmassy show in Harrogate and just wanted to pass our regards over to the lovely gentleman with the blonde hair, the one with the brunette and lady with the ( gorgeous may I add ) brown hair. They were so lovely to us when we were trying on different hats & the cashmere tree of life scarfs with the striped back are so beautiful that me and my friend had to get matching !! A great day out and we’ll see you at Living north york in March, all the best xxxx

Not as advertised
I bought one navy and one grey multi colour reversible polka dot design scarf today from Topazglow’s stand at The Great Yorkshire Christmas Fair in Harrogate. The sign on the display rail they were on said “Blended Cashmere”. At £20 each this seemed quite a fair price. Later when I took them out of the packaging I found they are in fact labelled as 55% viscose /45% acrylic and made in China. On the website they are listed as cashmere and cotton!
To add to my disappointment I was walking around Leyburn market later today and saw exactly the same scarves on a stall for £15 each! This despite Topazglow claiming the scarves are “Designed by us”.

The reversible polka dot scarves are indeed a cashmere blend, so I’m not too sure how a label stating it is not has been put on the item - it may be a problem with our manufacturer.
We source our items globally & ethically, with agents in Italy; Germany; Czech Republic; China and Spain.
We are a small, independent, family-run business, and we would of appreciated if you could’ve contacted us via email and/or phone before posting a negative review - as you can see from our other reviews, we have a 5-star reputation, and therefore you can understand how sad we are to see your negative review.
As well as providing our items directly to the public, we also sell to boutiques and businesses specialising in markets etc as a wholesaler, this explains why you have seen the item we sell elsewhere.
I’m sorry you feel this way, and can only apologise. We pride ourselves in providing the best quality items, and also great customer service.

Beautiful Brooches that do not spoil garments
I was given a lovely shawl with a Celtic pin but I didn't want to make holes in it so l phoned Topazglow spoke to a lovely lady who assured me a magnetic brooch was the answer,so l ordered a brooch from the selection . delivery was quick,the brooch was beautiful and it works through thick tweed l would highly recommend this company .Thank You

I am so glad I found this little company at the Wealden Times event ! They were one of the best stands at the show , and their attention to detail to quality and display shined throughout compared to others !! Genuine leather bags are to die for , at such a great price.
I think the man’s name was Colin , he was a bit flustered and slow but the young gentlemen helped me make a decision between different things. Demonstration was amazing from the young lady , and I really appreciate her taking the time to look after me and my mum Doris who was in her wheel chair - just a tap and go and we were on our way with a smile.
