Paid for Royal Mail tracked but my…
Paid for Royal Mail tracked but my items were not delivered. Topazglow were quick to respond and I was told my parcel had been lost. Jayden arranged for replacements to be sent and they arrived promptly. Good people to deal with. Items as requested and a good price.

Swift and friendly response
Swift and friendly response. Offered alternatives to item out of stock. The vegan leather soft and lovely to handle.
However the satchel measurements on website were incorrect so I checked that it was the larger size that I was ordering. The two tone bag is smaller than I wanted.
