I recently became Mrs Nuisance asking lots of questions by email about a handbag - but wow what attention I got. I can’t fault my experience here, nothing was too much trouble and every question was answered. Bag bought, it was sent straight away and I received it very quickly. I’m more than made up with it. This is my third purchase and won’t be my last. Many thanks for such great customer service and products.

I first discovered Topazglow at the Christmas Market at Ascot Race Course in 2025 .....their stall was full of lovely jewellery pieces that really caught my eye. I bought myself a few pairs of ear rings and as the prices were so reasonable I picked up a few xmas gifts too for family & friends . Fast forward to Spring 2026 and I lost one the ear rings (my favourite pair!) I contacted Topazglow to try and replace it and the lengths they went to in order to help me were amazing. For that level of customer care I will definitely be making more purchases in the future.....

Bought 2 bags, gave one to a friend! Zips are terrible! We both ended up throwing bags away as zips on front of bags jammed solid! Ended up ripping the bags to retrieve our belongings!!!
So disappointed as really liked the look of the bags and were going to buy more colours!

Really lovely scarf. Slightly slow delivery but messaged seller who apologised as they had been at a show and then updated regularly from then on. Scarf was lovely quality and worth the small wait. Would recommend.

These guys have lovely, very reasonably priced jewellery and scarves. Like seeing them every year at Cheltenham Race course. Had an issue with a couple items when I got home but contacted them and they rectified by sending me replacements. Great customer service 👏 See you next October! 😃
