I can never fault Toomey MG
I can never fault Toomey MG. I always have brilliant experience. Mia is really helpful and friendly, and Krystof today was incredible. He took the time to explain that my filter and Aircon needed a clean, and instead of forcing it upon me, gave me the option to go ahead and had Mia price it up so I could make an informed decision. My car is only 18months old, but I like to trade it every 3 years. I do a lot of long driving, despite the actual mileage being low, so knowing when I am in the car, I have clean air flowing is important, especially being asthmatic, and he understood that, and recognised that I would be holding the car at least another 18months. Sometimes it's the really small things that make a big difference.

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish!
I’ve just bought a car from MG Basildon and the experience has been exceptional from start to finish. George has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process, from viewing the car right through to purchasing it. He couldn’t have been more helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, and made the whole experience completely stress-free.
The car itself is fantastic and I’m so pleased with my purchase. I’ve been so impressed that my friend is now planning a trip to MG Basildon soon to purchase one for herself!
A huge thank you to George and the team for making the whole experience such a positive one. I would definitely recommend MG Basildon to anyone looking for a new car!

Had my mot done at mg today, the customer service I have received from not only the receptionist (Mia) but also the technician (Krys) was absolutely amazing. Absolute 10/10 service I would highly recommended to anyone due to the customer service I have received.

Service counter reset
Had an issue with the service light coming on a few days after my service. Called into Toomey Basildon this morning and in no time at all Mia got the issue sorted and I was back out on the road.
