Just found out that myself and all my neighbours have been over charged rent which has been going on for years. They have been quick to harass me over this 53rd week. Yet theyve been overcharging for years and earning interest on it. It makes me wonder how many other tenants in different areas are being over charged without knowing about it

Their customer care team is awful, in particular the manager Laura. Patronising on emails, blaming me for things I did not ask for. I don’t know how you can call yourselves a customer care team when all you do is side with the builders and not your own customers. There is absolutely NO care what so ever. We first reported our issue at the beginning of April and it is still not sorted, we have no garden and it is a huge mud pit with a stream down the middle. They do not care. Using my personal circumstances against me to blame me for things. Laura is horrible, I asked to speak with her because she is the manager and she is worse. She thinks the world is below her because she is a manager. Absolutely no customer care, I have had to resort to speaking with my local MP and local press. AVOID TOGETHER HOUSING AT ALL COSTS. We bought shared ownership so now we are trapped with them!

Sham of a company, I’ve made numerous complaints & none ever dealt with professionally. TH workers are abusive but allowed to get away with it but you try defend yourself you get a tenancy warning from a very small nasty little man who thinks he’s the police. Then they lie & lie & lie to try worm their way out as they hate to be challenged.This review is completely true y my own experience. I’ve been hounded by these for years. I put in too move my application was suspended then closed. Repairs are bodged, sub contractors damaged my car also.
Previously money was taken from my esa for rent by another power hungry man. When I realised & challenge it I got it all returned to me.
Another issue I received an email meant for another tenant which had their full detail’s & correspondence she had emailed. So our data isn’t safe.
The joiner van 244 lied he can abuse women so be careful ladies he wouldn’t do this to a man, but then lies to save his skin this incident was witnessed but the Anti social team said the witness didn’t correspond it did.
The vans are supposedly tracked but this was supposed to be checked he wasn’t on my street on the day or times. Again lies as he was FACT! I have asked for proof of this & the full copy of the investigation. I got an email back but he recalled the email sharply so obviously he had written something not correct or inappropriate
The list goes on. Together Housing needs a shake up of their incompetent staff.
Received another email out the blue from a senior complaints person asking to speak to me regarding a complaint but only one when I made several. Pointless it’s all lip service. Everything in this review is completely true.Date I was abused was 7th Mar the joiner suffered no repercussions. Together housing allow this.

Not happy at all I reported my radiators 2 years ago constant banging in the walls and celing told someone was would come in the new year that was 2 years ago . I have a boiler that's been leaking for 6 months got told it was the weather and told to fix it myself and the pressure drops everyday so I have to use the valve to raise it all the time. Needed new radiator valves and still not fixed. Got told a plumber that came to see my toilet wasn't qualified to plunge my toilet and didn't even bring one lol as IF... was alot better when it was chevin they fixed all issues pay service charges for nothing aswell..

Stay well clear. Nothing but lies from this company. Use contractors to carry out repairs but they never show up. They tell you its not a problem to move if the need arises then tell you after 12 months you cant move. Book a repair through their online portal and it gets lost. Ask for permission for anything and it takes months. Asked me for a letter saying i was a good tenant from my previous landlord and then move me into a scheme of theirs full of nutters where the police are in attendance on a daily basis. Overpriced rents for what is effectively a rabbit hutch. Money taken from my rent account but no explanation why except for my rent payments. Extortionate rent increases and service charges.

Well we live on a wakefield scheme. There is more a. s. b. than ever.
Late night shouting ,playing ball hitting cars . God forbid if you say anything. Rang and emailed togetherhousing ,multiable time. To no avail. Bike on your property, so many kids on the scheme ,out till all hours . All the housing providers say .is tell the police. . When you tell the police ,your house and car gets targeted. school holidays the 6 weeks they have off I'm dreading .asb all day every day. X my advise would be Stay off the scheme. We have tryed moving ,but nothing yet.

Diversity box ticking . Terrible complaints process . They lie to tenants like myself . There probably the worst housing association I've ever dealt with . Luckily Leeds city council have a 6pm -3am anti social behaviour team that come out straight away and warn nuisance tenants and then take court action which I'm very lucky as other parts of country don't offer this . Together have a 1950 s model of pen and paper , backwards company , not very modern for 2024 . No CCTV system s either so crime can go undetected . 0/10 stars for me.

Together Housing have stolen money from my Universal Credit despite the fact I do not have any rent arrears - this has been going on for months and every time I complain and demand my stolen money back I face a different set of lies, BS and excuses (on calls I have recorded).

Do not rent from these people. They are the most moronic , insane people I have ever come across in my 55 years of life on this planet. And I have been all over the planet and lived in various cities in the UK. They have no rational or logic. They try to intimidate you if you challenge them. They do what they want and make up there own agenda. Many of the tenants are on crack or dealers. My advise to anyone is stay away from together housing whatever the cost. Infact stay away from Calderdale and West Yorkshire in general. This entire place has changed and it will drag you down.

The management in the Gas repair division are toxic and have a racist agenda. One rule for some and another rule for ethnic minority gas technicians. "I'm not here to help your lot" this what Mr C said to me on a phone call. And furthermore his senior manager Mr S is the same. They never want to listen to any grievances raised by their ethnic minority engineers. However if you're not from an ethnic minority background then the your safe. You have some freedom to express what you feel. And if you fail certain compliance issues as a loose test point on a gas meter Mr C will not raise it as negligence. Its them and us if you work for the Together Housing Group. And that's there mission statement Indirect and direct discrimination if you're are from the ethnic minority.
However how dare you raise any grievance and raise any concerns they then class you as aggressive and abusive and try to tarnish you character.

Company wants shutting down ,they don't have people skills and humiliated and belittle people and tell you how to live your life ,what stuff you can have and how to have your own home .you pay rent and they boss and treat you like a child. Shut them down rubbish and think they can humiliated you.

Persistent issues plague the property, including mold, recurring dampness, cracked ceilings, cold spots, poor air quality, and asbestos. Additionally, Projex contractors exacerbated the situation by improperly bleach washing our wallpaper with bleach and failing to address the root cause of mold recurrence. Furthermore, Together Housing's electricians installed a bathroom extractor fan above the cooker, resulting in water dripping. Their plumbers also mishandled the bath panel and concealed piping, which took months to address partially. Together Housing's incompetence is adversely affecting the health of our family.

The customer service team and maintenance team have been excellent, hence the award of 1.2 Stars.The issues are with the ASB and Neighbourhood Teams.
I am a vulnerable woman and have been bullied by disgusting male neighbours during my time as a tenant of Together Housing. Two paedophiles and 2 crackheads who live above and next door to me. It is not SAFE nor PEACEFUL for me to live here. The ASB team DO NOT CARE, side with the assailants and the Neighbourhood Officer has been disinterested.
All TH have cared about is obtaining the rent and if this is a “Lessons Learnt Exercise” then I hope I am still alive this time next year.
In my opinion TH are a toxic narcissistic who’s only priority is the usage and manipulation of the vulnerable and obtaining £‘s.
The ASB team completely side with paedophiles and substance misusers - Enough said.

Was made homeless in early 2023 through no fault of our own, ended up living with a terminally poorly family member. Our local council wouldn’t help at all, even though we have children. So we didn’t know what to do, 10 weeks ago I registered with together housing directly and we now have a beautiful home, 40 miles from where we are from but that doesn’t matter. The process was simple and I can’t recommend enough. Don’t know what other people are on about but they seem good to me and have done everything that they promised.

I’m a together housing tenant and have made numerous amounts of queries about them coming to repair my ceiling in my kitchen they have said no we can’t do anything you’ll have to use a bucket to contain the water. Absolutely useless housing company. Ridiculous 🤬

Quick enough to make threats to evict people but yet you have ya staff turnin up at peoples door ON A SUNDAY before 9am wantin to cause chaos and doin repairs also ive been in this DUMPfor 8 years and EVERYDAY/Mornings and being woke up stupid hours coz of banging hammering drillin not only that ive had my property damaged complaints made nothing done not even been looked into....other tenants hangin about outside my window 4am my flat stinks to high heaven coz the bin shed to small and claustrauphobic the stress of bein here is makin my mental health worse i also suffer with heart failiure so i have to avoid stress or it can kill me people shoutin early hours throwing obects from flats on higher floors i wouldnt advise ever using together housing 1000% useless and then wonder why they get bad reviews....do ya jobs proper look after ya tenants and you wont ABSOLOUTE jokers

Quick to send letters out to tenants if your causing a nuisance with loud music ect. But won't take a complaint seriously when one of there pissed up tenants goes braying on a young mother's door with a young child in bed! who's disabled aswell might I add at 10 o'clock at night braying on their door scaring the hell out of the mother aswell thinking someone was trying to get in. All because the pisshead wants a taxi phoning don't even know her!! And I have all this on CCTV aswell don't sort it out I'll be making another call to council
