For the entire time I have been a tenant I have had big cracks in the walls on the stairs, landing and bottom of the stairs.
I have paid a painter to come out and paint all those areas,and all this time Together Housing have just skimmed those areas.
Plus some of those times I've just paid a painter .
They have now got the contractor out who have had to knock the plaster of tto the brick walls,put plaster boards that is how bad these walls are.
I contacted Together Housing to ask if the painter from Adams and Duckberry would be painting all these walls.
I was told they would give me a voucher for B&Q for paint but it was down to me to pay someone to do it.
I said the painting should not be down to me as I have paid a painter for these areas for the last 6 to 7 years and every time these cracks came back.
I have put in a complaint about this.
So now they have finally got the contractor's to do the work,so is Together Housing going to pay back for all the paint and the painters that I have had to have.
They cannot disprove this , because this is what should have been done year's ago.
I should not have to pay for a painter.
I have got serious health issues and the stress from all of this is impacting my mental health and my disabilities as well.
This as now been going on for years which I couldn't go back on the years this started on the date of my experience down below.
My compliant has been escalated to stage 2.
I'm now awaiting for their response,and to see if I need some professional help .
The last time they came out about these cracks I was told don't look at them,I said how can I not when all of the stairs has big cracks going up the walls.

I was contacted directly by Together Livin about a support worker role and responded promptly with all the information requested, including my location. Despite this, my message was left on read for hours with no reply, even though they were the ones who initiated contact and I responded quickly. This kind of poor communication is disappointing for a care organisation, and based on other reviews I've seen, it seems to be a recurring issue with how they treat applicants. Not a good sign for how they'd treat you as an employee either.

Applied for a job; they didn't respond for months had actually made an effort and spent time on the application. Months later after interview dates had passed, got a useless HR email: you were not successful. Sorry, we haven't responded for months; we don't give feedback. Would not want to work for this organisation!!!!

Absolute joke. Been having issues with ASB from my neighbour blasting music out at all hours day and night plus him and his mates shouting swearing smoking drugs. Complained to housing who said they will monitor the situation. I tried to fill in a new housing form to move but they rejected it. All they care about is getting your money. It’s the Halifax branch. Totally useless so I would avoid at all costs

Having lived in privately rented accommodation for the last 20 years, five weeks ago my wife and I moved into a together housing flat. The level of service has been extraordinary! It has been the best move we ever made! Snagging details have been dealt with promptly. Rental queries are dealt with professionally. I cannot fault together housing on any level. My thanks to:
John, Matthew, Martin and Candice the gas people, and also Tansy the plumber. Top people one and all!

I had a issue with my front door...somewhat jammed but when the technician arrived the door opened, after nearly two hours travel he did not seem slightly perturbed, gave some advice on other small issues there and assured me they are happy to help. Slightly embarrassing for me but he didn't compound this even slightly.

I had a new bath fitted. Plumber didn’t seal under the bath which caused a leak. I had not long had the kitchen painted. I waited months for it to be contained then plastered. They have refused to repaint the ceiling and walls or atleast give me some vouchers towards the paint so I can get someone to repaint it for me as I’m disabled. Absolutely disgusting housing

Be with us limited the public service working as a dissolved company may 2023 , together housing group limited closed last accounts made April 2016 another public service acting as a landlord, both using ccbc Northampton limited dissolved January 2021 displacing vulnerable people .

Repairs are a joke, trying to complain or escalate to a stage 2 to be able to get a housing ombudsman to intervene is also a joke. They are quick to take your money and then do their best to forget you exist within their company. Asked to speak to the head boss, got nowhere. AVOID AVOID AVOID. KITCHEN CUPBOARD AND LEAKS MORE STRESS THAN STAYING HERE IS WORTH. More stress than anything else!!

Have followed up with an issue for over two years and back and fourth still do not have an answer. Accounts reply straight away as they want our money but macitence are radio silence, I’m still waiting for a reply to an email I sent a month ago and have sent 3 follow up emails. Very poor and do not recommend.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Together Housing for their outstanding out-of-hours service.

They attended my father’s property in Cambridge Gardens, Darwen within an hour of reporting a safeguarding issue where the door would not lock. An engineer arrived promptly and carried out a temporary repair to ensure the property was fully secured, while arrangements are being made to order and fit a new locking mechanism.

The speed of response and the seriousness with which the safeguarding concern was treated was truly reassuring. Knowing my father’s home was made secure so quickly provided real peace of mind for both of us.

Fantastic service, professional, prompt, and highly appreciated.

I’m disappointed that I have to wait until Monday for a technician to repair the oven and cooker, as they’re both malfunctioning. It’s surprising that this isn’t treated as an emergency. The company could improve by addressing these situations with a greater sense of urgency.

The reason for a one star rating is because i suffer from copd and have a ceiling water leak in the kitchen.
i contacted this company and was given a 18day responce for the issue. Because i have copd the damp, and mould on the ceiling causes my resporatory breathing issues to become worse, the telephonist was rude because i asked questions about trying to ask for an earlier date to look at the problem.Very unsatisfied with the issue. They should ask if the repair may cause any health issues .There was a point she said i will discontinue the call...because i asked questions i was unsure of, and she thought i was being unreasonable. Terrible way to deal with clients.

Some problems with on line web site application but since then everything has been really good. Helpline staff so helpful and genuinely caring. Anthea the housing manager of where my Mum is getting a flat has been wonderful! Property is ideal, well looked after and perfect for my elderly mum at her stage of life. So many thanks Together Housing!

Constant noise from grenfell type cladding removal and asbestos removal works decibel levels through the roof the whole block of flats is riddled with Asbestos a health hazard

Absolutely useless! I've had 3 different "work men" out to sort a boiler which isnt giving hot water or heating and not one of them has sorted the issue! So I am again sat here this weekend waiting in for the 4th one to turn up! I cannot be in "24 hours" for their "emergency" appointments so I have to wait in on a weekend! I've got a ceiling full of mould and its bowing and they still think its leaking and still havent been out! This was 3 weeks ago. I have two small children...they know this and still leaving us with no hot water or heating. Every guy who's come has said something different to me and then reported back to these with something completely different....telling them they dont know the problem or the problem is fixed! If I didnt report these problems id be in trouble....but these just dont do the repairs anyway!! I was suppose to have a gas engineer come to do a gas safety check yesterday between 8am and 4pm and he didnt turn up! If I hadn't been home and he turned up it would be me in bother!! This housing is absolutely disgusting with the way it deals with repairs! Its suppose to be an emergency and im still sat here 3 weeks later with no more luck in it been fixed that the 1st time they come. They're ok taking almost £600 rent on this "affordable home" but cant sort their houses out!

We have had mould issue in our bathroom. Together housing sent a guy called Ian in bb4 area. He is a great guy. He made sure that the mould was gone. Not only that he did extra extra to make our bathroom sparkly and free of mould. Thank you Ian …

The housing officer for shadsworth in Blackburn admitted the people that work there don't know what they are doing they don't even know their own policies

Useless. Been a Tennant five years and they have done next to nothing to support me. I've been harassed and abused by neighbours they don't do their job and evict them but are more than happy to tell me they'll do a reference for me to move!! Im the one being abused & harassed by a neighbour who has too many children in a 1.5 bedroom flat!
