I am in Rockhampton, Queensland and the store at Stockland is always tidy. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful and the range of skin care, hair care products, soaps and hand washes to be very well priced and different from anywhere else up here.

Mam bardzo niepozytywne doświadczenie z zakupem torebki w tym sklepie. Jakość towaru okazała się bardzo słaba, po dwóch miesiącach sporadycznego użytkowania naderwał się podstawowy uchwyt( ewidentnie niechlujne wykonanie szwu). Złożyłam reklamację i towar pozostawiłam w sklepie. Rzeczoznawca z Wrocławia odrzucil reklamacje stwierdzając że naderwany uchwyt trzymający się na przysłowiowe słowo honoru nie uniemożliwia korzystania z towaru zgodnie z przeznaczeniem.!!!!!!!
Odwołanie od decyzji rzeczoznawcy polegające na żądaniu należnego z racji rękojmi przejęcia kosztow koniecznej naprawy u kaletnika zostało ponownie odrzucone.!!!!!!?
Pozostaje wadliwy towar, poczucie bycia oszukanym, zmarnowany czas na dochodzenie swoich praw i NIESMAK.

Dodatkowo ekspedientka gdy przyjmowała pieniądze za towar była bardzo uprzejma, gdy jednak doszło do reklamacji ta sama urocza pani recytowała wyuczone regułki jak robot z zimnym wzrokiem i sztucznym uśmiechem. Co więcej pozwoliła sobie na pouczanie mnie jak powinnam się zachowywać.

My recent experiences at this store (Broadmead, Bristol) have been disappointing. Not only has the quality of products declined, but I also encountered a less-than-satisfactory interaction with the staff and management.

I approached a staff member to confirm the price of an untagged product, but the team leader decided to charge me based on what she assumed was a similar item. When I politely questioned this, she repeatedly cut me off, not allowing me to fully express my concerns. As tensions rose, I asked to speak with the manager, who quickly adjusted the price but seemed more interested in brushing me off than addressing the issue properly.

Despite my calm demeanor, I was left dealing with two staff members who acted as though they were doing me a favor, rather than acknowledging and rectifying their mistake. Their approach was dismissive and unkind, lacking any effort to uphold consumer rights or provide clarity.

It seems like both the staff and management could benefit from training on customer service and consumer rights. Additionally, TK Maxx might want to consider ways to boost employee morale, as unhappy employees are less likely to deliver a positive shopping experience.

Had a 5 star experience in your store, was told by cashier to go online for feedback draw ($200), but the survey number on docket is not available. Tried all possible numbers on cash docket, all incorrect. That was a 1 star experience.

It is always an adventure as I never know what I will find in your stores. Love the experience and the wonderful service I get from your staff, every time I shop at TK MAXX

SERVICE ,one staff called Hamzah pretended he was on a break and then told me to go away and not complain .the girl at the changing room said she doesn’t care if anyone complains as she’s on shit money,her words…. Then she said they don’t have a store manager …. What awful service

I visited the Stockport Store on 31.1.25 with my mum who had been gifted a multi store gift card.
We thought it was a card that could be used straight away to put towards payment of two handbags. But how wrong were we! You have to download the app and put the card number in. This proved extremely difficult as my phone wouldn’t connect. The lady helping us was called Andrea. She was patient, kind, helpful and totally supportive. After at least 30 minutes of struggling to pay for the items we/she conquered the task. I would like to applaud Andrea and thank her for her support, effective outcome and friendliness. TKMAX, you are lucky to have such a wonderful member of staff 👏🏻👏🏻.

Aweful company to deal with especially online. Poor customer service that is not to be expected especially when ordering high value items - cheap for a reason bad products, bad service poor customer respect!

Naheed at the Ilford branch was incredibly friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to assist me with processing my return, and I was very impressed with her excellent service and demeanor. She remained calm, polite, and attentive throughout, making the experience very pleasant.

In Villach Filiale kommt wieder vor, das Sachen doppelt gescannt werden. Das ist ein Freichheit! Ich habe kein Interesse nochmal 15 min. Mein Geld zurückfordern, hin und her Buchen.

Meine Mutter wollte mir in der Filiale in Neuss eine Gesichtscreme kaufen und vergewisserte sich vor dem Kauf, dass diese ungeöffnet mit Kassenbon umgetauscht werden kann. Dies wurde ihr durch eine Mitarbeiterin an der Kasse bestätigt. Ich wollte das Produkt nicht, doch ein Umtausch wurde ihr verwehrt. Es wurde überprüft, ob die Creme
geöffnet wurde (sie war unberührt!) Die vermeintliche Geschäftsführerin sagte trotzig, die Creme sei ungeöffnet aber sie nehme das Produkt trotzdem nicht zurück. Ohne weitere Begründung oder Erklärung entzog sie sich der Situation. Der Umgang war mehr als respektlos und unfreundlich. Der Vorfall ereignete sich am 16.01.2025 um 11:30 Uhr in Neuss. Absolut unseriös!

Love the shop but online is not good. Placed an order 14 days ago still no sign of it. Can't speak to anyone. Email takes 10-14 days for them to reply to and the automated response just goes round in circles. No way of finding anything out. Poor.

My fav shop ever the best products that you can find.Such a shame that the cosmetic side that has discounted prices are not arranged and packed a little as some people ramaging are nasty not to
mention unhygienic as they are trying the products and devalue them.Also the jewelery section where most of earings bracelets rings are not worth the price as again people steal loads and are not complete,perhaps a more sealed packing for earrings and check all rings are zip tied properly as well as bracelets, as i recently had to watch in your store in Portsmouth Hilsea 2 adults trying and i think in the end acomplishing to take a ring from its box as by the sounds of it the bloke really liked it but was kind of expensive .Not to mention many others with other things.Shame as its a wonderfull store with such good prices.

Staff are rude, no thank you or please , well I will not spend money in a shop when the shops are scruffy , no help, a big heap of mess, then you get to the slow checkout staff who are only polite to certain people
