Warte seit 18.12. auf meine Bestellung die in der Filiale am 24.12. abholbereit sein sollte. Wurde am 30.12. schließlich vom Kunden Service vertröstet, dass wohl etwas schief gegangen sei mit meinem Paket und sie weitere 3 Tage benötigen würden. Bis jetzt immer noch keine Bestellung zur Abholung in der Filiale eingelangt.
Habe zum Ersten Mal bei TK Maxx bestellt und werde mit Sicherheit nichts mehr dort bestellen!

Treasure rewards! What rewards. Do you really think we Earn rewards so we can pick a charity donation or enter a competition. For a month now no actual rewards. Quick google search and I am not the only person. No point in scanning the card at the till terrible loyalty program

Ich kaufe gerne und regelmäßig bei TK Maxx in Shoppingcenter Seiersberg bei Graz ein.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich eine Mitarbeiterin: Frau Dina Medic, sie ist eine äußerst freundliche, kompetente und hilfsbereite Person, solche Mitarbeiterinnen findet man kaum mehr. TK Maxx kann stolz so eine Person in ihren Reihen zu haben.

I visited the Tk maxx in Oxford street London. The experience was phenomenal everything was stocked tidily. The shop was clean and orderly. What stood out the most was seeing the manager actively working the floor and supporting his team. The staff were exceptionally helpful and professional
This is the most organised Tk maxx that I have ever shopped in. I praised the manager for having excellent oversight of the store

große Auswahl, günstiger Preis, sehr freundliche Bedienung

My stuff that I ordered online came all nice wrapped, in time, ...all good and nice... (not like other online retailers, where if I order I get half of basket unavailable just minutes after I pay my shopping...after I used an hour to choose the items )..

I buy items thoughout the year, mainly In the Autumn & Chrstmas.I usually leave items, in bag to return to later,when I get to my laptop to check out.For some reason PayPal will not let me check out on my mobile? No other online retailer removes items from my bag,accept TK Maxx?Which means I then need to make another list again! Is there a reason asto why TK Maxx do this?

Absolutely fake RRP prices!!! Fake discounts prices!!! Misleading customers to make purchases!!!
The company has gone down hill in the past 8 years and getting worst and worst!

The shoes collections became overpriced garbage !!!

7 or 8 years ago TKMAXX use to be good and I use to shop but in the past 4 years I only went back once and I remembered why I stop going!

Am 15.09.2025 um 14:30 Uhr hatte ich eine unangenehme Erfahrung in Ihrer Filiale auf der Mariahilfer Straße in Wien.
Ein junger Mitarbeiter, der Kleidung zurückräumte nach der Anprobe, sagte zu mir: „nächste Mal bitte selbst die Kleidung zurückbringen!“ Hatte 3 Jeans..
In einem so großen Geschäft mit so vielen Kunden ist das nicht akzeptabel. Solche Mitarbeiter sind für den Kundenkontakt ungeeignet und sollten eher im Lager arbeiten. Durch sein Verhalten hat er mir den Einkauf verdorben und meine Laune für den ganzen Tag gedrückt.
Ich bitte Sie, den Vorfall zu prüfen.

I love this store in Scarborough and shop there regularly. The staff are lovely. My bug bear is the win 250 pound gift. The ap is not user friendly. It refused my date of purchase till I gave up! Very frustrating!

Super Preis/Leistung, immer freundliches Personal.

The one stare is to the store manager in Amsterdam center- called GIGI. An unpleasant ruud not representative ( very fat and ugly dressed woman). Treats all the workers like her slaves. Shouting on customers.
VERY Unprofessional and unpleasant to hear her shouting and talking to customers!
To be considered to be removed to give the store more friendly and professional service!!!

First time I’ve ordered online with Tk max and it will be the last.I ordered a jacket 44r and they have sent a 44 euro size uk size 34.Needed it for a wedding but now I’ve got to mess around getting it returned It took a week to arrive to boot …never again ☹️
