Full Refund

I incorrectly bought tickets for a gig (wrong night booked). Contacted customer services, and was processed with a full refund straight away.

Still have not gotten my tickets. Its a bday gift so i need them. Plus im from ireland so i need book flights to england. Cant really book without knowing i have the tickets. Cash has been taken but no tickets

Missing tickets

Tickets were bought sometime before the concert, and I hadn't received them through. Contacted the customer support and had a reply from Ann within 24 hours with a full explanation on what had happened and a link to the tickets.
Well done Ticketweb on your efficient customer service staff, and big thanks to Ann for sorting so quickly.

Started to panic when I couldn’t find any confirmation of my order, sent a request and expected to hear back in a couple of days, woke up to a reply and confirmation which was such a relief!! Thank you Ann xx

Your website is rubbish

Buying a ticket smoothly is only a small part of what organisations like Ticketweb offer. It is how they deal with things when they go wrong that matter.

I needed to get a refund. The website it terrible. It gives instructions to do things which are imposible as you are directed to click on links that do not exist. When you do finally find the webform it is clunky and asks unnecessary questions like when did you buy your ticket. Finally, I was told by a staff member that I was not entitled to a refund because of small print so I had to provide the small print showing that I was. Poor.

Helpful support staff

Realised I hadn't received my confirmation or tickets for a gig a couple of days away (although I paid a few months ago) and contacted Ticketweb. Expected a hassle to get the tickets, or a refund as the gig is sold out, but instead I received a reply almost right away with my confirmation and tickets. Really good and fast service

Awful company

Awful company, so keen to take your money but as soon as anything goes wrong they just fob you off with excuses.

I am in the situation where a gig was rescheduled and no matter what I do TicketWeb will not issue new tickets to allow me to attend the rescheduled gig. They keep saying tickets are not ready, when clearly they are as my friends have received their replacement tickets weeks ago. The gig is two weeks away and I can not book travel or accommodation as I have zero faith in getting any tickets from this company and I really can not afford to loose the cost of travel and accommodation over and above the ticket price.

This is nothing short of stealing from customers, they should be prosecuted for this and forced to stop trading.

Changed time of gig, no refund.

How not to build a loyal customer base.

The times of the concert have been changed with fours days notice. I am unable to make the new times. No refund given.

Will I use them again, very very unlikely.

Don't care about the customer

If there are any issues with your event, this company will do all they can to protect the event organiser at the expense of the consumer.

They also charge a very high service fee.

My event has been rescheduled by the organiser due to a ridiculous reason, and despite my consecutive escalations, they would not offer me a refund.

Very unhappy, I lost £66 to them.

They have a lovely email manner and respond quickly, but that's where any positives end.

Lost my e-tickets and confirmation…

Lost my e-tickets and confirmation email! About to divorce the Wife but contacted the help desk. Louie E. had new tickets emailed immediately, cancelled the solicitor (he’s not happy) and rescued my dinner from the bin. 😄😄😄😄😄

I had not received my tickets to an event and didn't have an account.
Ann emailed my tickets to me as back up for me to have on my phone.
Excellent customer service. MANY THANKS ANN!- Now to get my disability refund for the carer who accompanied my guest
