Diverted to website via Ticketmaster, sent me to the wrong date/ location, didn't realise until ticket confirmation was emailed over. Tried contacting them to resolve the issue... 3 weeks in and they still haven't responded.

3 days prior to a concert I realised I had not received my tickets so I contacted customer services. I filled out an online form with the reference details just before going to bed and when I awoke the next day my tickets were in my inbox. I purchased tickets for an event at the Jazz Cafe,spending over £400 on 4 tickets to within 3 hours finding out my wife would be undergoing an operation on the same day..i sent an email explaining my perdicament worried i would be stuck with tickets i could not use..i was contacted the following morning by Ann of Ticketweb saying there would not be a problem and a full refund would be issued within 5 days.Fantastic quick solution which i greatly appreciated and would recommend and use Ticketweb again *****
