I got excellent last minute service from Henz when I couldn’t find my ticket for a gig that same evening. I sent an email and got a reply very quickly and my ticket was emailed out to me again. Excellent service.

A gig had to be rescheduled due to injury to the artist.

I can't make the rescheculed date. I've let Hanz know, and they have immediatley refunded me without quibble.

Credit where it's due, that's brilliant service

Made a slight cockup in my booking, Hanz got it sorted very quickly and easily. Happy customer, great service.

Excellent prompt service from Hanz when I couldn't find my tickets

I required help with my booking and got an almost immediate response from Hanz Goodwin T. The issue was resolved in a matter of hours from the initial enquiry.

Was extremely anxious about my purchase as i had bought a concert ticket months ago, however had not received a confirmation and my event is in a week.

I had my emails hacked and lost everything including gig ticket emails etc. I emailed Ticketweb for help with the limited info I had, purchase date and bank screengrab. Within a short time I had a reply with all my booking info and confirmation of tickets/reference. Hanz who helped me couldn’t have been nicer and it really helped me out of my panic that I’d lost everything because I’d checked out as a guest and didn’t make an account.

Booked the wrong date and Hanz sorted it out double quick.

I had a problem with ticket delivery but Hanz Godwin of TicketWeb was superb in sorting this out for me quickly and efficiently - really nice person to deal with.

I thought I had lost my tickets, but a quick email to TicketWeb and everything was quickly sorted out.

I had a problem receiving my e-ticket and Hanz sorted it out for me rapidly with just a day to go until the concert. If only all customer support was this reliable and effective :D
