Cancelled headliner
Purchased gig tickets through Ticketweb back in June, unfortunately with a week to go to the event one of the joint headlining bands were removed from the tour. I contacted Ticketweb querying the possibility of a refund, received a message from Hanz Godwin T an hour or so later advising a refund had been issued and to expect it in my bank within 5 working days. Was very impressed with the level of service and the speed of the response!

Realised tickets for an event hadn’t arrived. Contacted their customer services and had a response from Hanz within 3 minutes, with both tickets attached. Most impressed with the speed of service - which I definitely wasnt expecting!

Had issue with my tickets after I accidentally deleted my emails. The customer support was first class, the rep Hanz Godwin T helped set my mind at ease, retrieved my booking confirmation and gave me advice on what would happen next (tickets would be issued nearer the event)

Speedy reissue of tickets
I had managed to delete my tickets for a concert. I requested them and received an email saying the team was busy and it might take a while. Tickets were re-issued less than two hours later. Great service from Hanz Godwin T, much appreciated.
Prompt refund response!
Hanz dealt with my refund request very promptly and efficiently. He responded almost immediately to my request and after providing Hanz with the required evidence of the event rescheduling, processed the refund straight away. Excellent customer service!
