I had a query regarding tickets for a rescheduled gig. The website was out of date, BUT after submitting a request via the "Contact Us" link my issue was sorted in literally minutes. I now have my new tickets thanks to superb support from Hanz Godwin T. Service definitely worth celebrating! Well done!!

I hadn't received my tickets and didn't realise until an hour before I was due to leave for the gig. Emailed via the link more in hope than expectation, and kudos to Hanz he had the tickets in my inbox 15 mins later.
Miss sold tickets
I spent nearly £300 on tickets for a concert and received an email confirmation. The tickets were marked 'reserved seating' with no row or seat numbers. I phoned another company to ask about reserved seating and they told me that the seats that I thought I had booked were still available and that my payment had been cancelled. Barclaycard have taken the money and there has been no refund. I am furious with Ticketweb! There are no contact details for discussion with them.
