I had not received my tickets to an event and didn't have an account on the website. Within minutes of emailing, Ann emailed my tickets to me. Excellent customer service. MANY THANKS ANN!

You were selling tickets for an event that was not going to happen so why was I not refunded in full including the booking fee? Not happy

The customer service I received from Kevin M at Ticket Web was exceptional. Through my own fault I made an error with my booking, I contacted them and didn't expect a reply so quickly but the matter was resolved in under an hour. Polite, well structured reply which explained exactly what I had to do to sort my error. Thanks again Kevin, it's really appreciated 👏

Obviously a disreputable company. I bought tickets for ‘Sade’s Diamond Life 40 Anniversary’ with a photo of the album cover to promote it.
Turns out Sade wasn’t performing and the advert was completely redesigned with big letters now saying ‘Performed by London’s finest musicians.’ However they wouldn’t refund my money.
Avoid!

My issue was dealt with very promptly as I had not received my tickets on the day of the gig. The problem was immediately dealt with, thank you very much.

I had a concern it was dealt with quickly kindly and the outcome was I no longer had any concerns.

Bought tickets for a gig last August (2023) which is due to take place this Fri (10 May 24) and only discovered by chance this morning that the venue has been changed. No information received to this effect from Ticketweb at any point.
Emailed Ticketweb because of course you can't call them. Received updated tickets shortly after but no explanation or apology. Would be wary of using them again in future.

My son went with ticket to an event tonight that was sent to me in post from ticketweb and he got to the event and he was told that the ticket was already used and not valid and refused him entry. He was then stranded without his friends at an event alone.
Disgraceful!
