Great support team

I was having an issue receiving my tickets through e-mail, might’ve been some technical error. The support team was very quick to react, and sorted the problem for me. Really appreciate it.
Just saying, don’t hesitate to give them a shout if you have issues, guys are great

TicketWeb's awful after sales customer service.

Bought a ticket from TicketWeb to see Drizabone Soul Family at The Forge in Camden on 15th Feb 2025 but the show was cancelled and I was offered a refund or a ticket for their next performance at the same venue on 8th June 2025. I chose the latter.

On 6th June 2025, I receive an email reminder from TiketWeb confirming the event.

I turn up to the event on Sun 8th June only to discover that the venue is boarded up and shut. Speaking with neighbouring businesses, I discover that the venue, The Forge, has been closed for business for several months. (A subsequent google search confirms that The Forge did indeed shut up shop on 1st April 2025).

I was joined by several other event ticket holders outside the venue, all of whom had similarly received an email from TicketWeb two days earlier confirming that the event was going ahead, and who, like me, were unaware that the venue had been closed for business since April.

Disappointed and p*ssed off, I contacted TicketWeb using their online messaging platform to explain my experience and to request a refund (FYI, their website does not have a telephone number to speak to a human).

It's been 6 weeks now since I submitted my claim for a refund and no reply from TicketWeb; not even a courtesy of an apology.

I have obviously contacted my credit card company and submitted a disputed charge on this transaction but why has that even been necessary to do? TicketWeb; your after sales customer care is disgraceful!

Tickets not delivered

Bought tickets for Airbourne in Dundee, requested and paid for physical tickets to be delivered as they were a gift for someone else.

No tickets arrived, no help from helpdesk.

Missing ticket sorted

I realised on the day of my gig that I either hadn’t been emailed my ticket or I’d somehow missed it. I submitted a request for it to be re-sent and before long Louie E had sorted it out for me. Great service ( and great gig ).

Absolute scammers

Absolute scammers. Booked ticket for a gig, the gig venue was changed to one considerably further away so I couldn’t go. They said refunds were available on their website if a gig is amended or rescheduled but then refused a refund saying they don’t give refunds in any circumstances and wouldn’t be able to help any further. If the gig I paid for is no longer happening, how can they charge me for it? Such an appalling, money grabbing attitude. The customer service via email is abysmal too. They refuse to engage as soon as they’ve said ‘no refund’ because they know how bad it is. Avoid

airbag 27 apr manchester/luverpool

bought tickets for airbag (norway) manchester last december, neither the venue (O2 academy) or the promoter noticed that the manchester marathon is taking place that day and roads are closed throughout manchester and in particular that oxford road has over
a 12 hour road closure, ticketweb are now selling tickets for the change of venue in liverpool, when asking for a refund the reply is that a refund would not be forthcoming if ticketweb doesn't inform the buyer, so how can the buyer claim a refund if ticketweb doesn't send out the notification of not just a change of venue but a change of city, quick enough to take money but not so to refund

Ticket didn’t work

Bought a ticket, got to the gig and the ticket didn’t work and name wasn’t on the system so had to buy another. Emailed ticketweb customer service explaining the situation and requested a refund. Took about 3 weeks to tell me that my refund has been refused with no explanation as to why.

Avoid.

Same name, different band

I was advertised a ticket on Spotify for a gig so purchased 4 tickets. I later realized it was a different band of the same name! I reached out to customer service and they refunded me promptly. Very efficient, thank you.

If you could give minus stars

If you could give minus stars, I would. Don’t trust this company. I bought a ticket in good faith and have received an email saying they made an error in selling the ticket and are refunding me. The event is sold out on other platforms and I’m devastated to be missing it. Don’t trust these cowboys. Awful

Refund

Having inadvertently purchased the wrong tickets, I emailed Ticketweb requesting a refund which they actioned immediately and confirmed I would receive a full refund. Great service!

Tickets would be nice (& customer service)!

Why can all other ticket agencies issue tickets at the time of purchase but not Ticketweb? Instead, they promise to issue tickets up to 3 days before, providing no time to resolve issues, such as them not delivering tickets. Even worse, they have no phone number and messaging them produces a message informing me they are dealng with a higher number of messages than usual, so may take longer to respond than normal. The event happens in two days time! Bloody useless! If you have the option to use an alternative agency, I would.
