Requested a cancellation and refund within 24 hours under their Fan Guarantee because I'd booked too many tickets. Received a response from Louie within an hour. All sorted by Louie quickly and easily. Was expecting hassle/ no response to email/ basically getting stiffed, but in fact it was all perfectly fine. Makes a refreshing change - thank you!

Big thanks to the customer service, Rey John in particular. I was an idiot and booked tickets for the wrong date, quickly emailed the support team and within a couple of hours had a response allowing a one-off refund which has saved me a lot of bother.

Fast resolve of missing tickets
Had a nightmare. Night before the event I couldn’t find the tickets or any emails so I had got in contact with ticketweb. In the same evening they got back to me and resolved my problem. I am really grateful to Rey John and the Customer service team for sorting my mistake(mistyped my email address) so quickly!
ZERO resolution,Terrible customer service
I tried buying tickets for a local event, but card came eback declined multiple times. I checked with my bank, my card was working,I asked 4 freinds to try. All came back with same response.
Declined card. I reached out and was told all the general things...try another card, make sure details match,etc etc I explained everything I had already done. After MULTIPLE emails I still had no resolution or tickets, No accountability, apologies just here's the info. Customer service...0 ...

Highly recommend this company for gig tickets, I purchased Radiohead tickets for myself and hubby, saved them to my wallet on my phone, went to check I had them and they were gone! Quick email to ticket web within a couple of hours they resent them to me!! Bad morning turned great again roll on Newcastle ;)

Not able to call any type of customer service. All done by email and you have to just wait for them to get to you. Ended up missing my concert as a result of the lack of service. Would give zero stars if I could.

I realised I'd probably deleted my etickets to an event happening the next day. I emailed customer services with the details and within half an hour had a reply and an email with my tickets.
Awful company
Awful company. No response and they don't send tickets till 3days before. I am taking this further this was a present. Then they say if you dont get your tickets contact us? Well they dont reply for 2 weeks so how the are you supposed to even go to your event. Criminal. No contact number nothing.

Do not buy with ticket web!!!!! They cannot even make an exchange??!!
I accidentally bought a ticket for the wrong Claptone show—there was a daytime and nighttime event listed on the same TicketWeb site, both featuring the same DJ.
I reached out immediately asking for a refund or at least an exchange, but "Rod" at TicketWeb replied; "
I do apologize but we aren't able to exchange tickets for different venues/location. We can only assist if the preferred event is the same event..."
It’s incredibly disappointing they can't just make an exchange, I expected better from a company handling major events like this. I won’t be using TicketWeb again.
