Great performance but Parking Issues
The performance was amazing, but the parking situation wasn't that clear or great to me. I'm disabled and needed parking right in front of the venue. Guests weren't allowed to park in the handicapped section, because the streets were closed off. But after I walked from my parking spot which was too far for an asthmatic to walk to the entrance I saw the street where the handicapped parking opened and certain people were able to park there. Though the program was great, I'd never go again unless parking was better.

Obstructed view seats
The tickets I purchased had an obstructed view that wasn't advertised
The staff from ticket liquidator uses my ticket tracker to process the tickets. Unfortunately one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. I was told the tickets were being shipped by fed ex to my house on a certain date. I felt that date would be cutting it too close so I asked them to ship them to the hotel. They agreed and then the tickets came to my home some days later!
I'm mostly unhappy because the tickets had an unacceptable obstructed view . Would not have purchased them knowing this!

An obstruction to view certainly can make enjoying a show difficult. I'm sorry that you had this issue with your tickets. Because Ticket Liquidator is a network through which ticket sellers sell their tickets, we don't own, ship, or price the tickets, and there is therefore some information about the tickets (i.e. whether or not there is a visual obstruction) that we don't have. Sorry again to hear you were unhappy with your seats. Hopefully you have a better experience the next time.

Glad we got you the seats you needed! Sorry if the tickets seemed to cut it a bit close on delivery, but for some events, they won't release the tickets until close to the event date to cut down on the production of duplicate and otherwise fraudulent tickets.

Price Gougers
The event was okay - certainly not worth what we paid for tickets (over $600 after fees). The face value was $218. So, the professional entertainers in the show got 1/3 of the ticket revenue and the ticket gougers got 2/3 - that's not right and there should be laws against it!!!!

Horrible service
I was unable to get ahold of the company that had my tickets. I had a bad experience with one of your customer service guys but they next day the lady I had was super nice. I finally got ahold of the people that had my tickets and they was the rudest people ever. They hung up on me 3 times. The tickets I ordered I never received and then they tried to offer me some that was on the upper level further back but they didn't wanna give me the price difference so I didn't get to go because of all of the hassle they gave me. So I will never order tickets through you all ever again.

Wiz vs. Cavs
I purchased these tickets for my daughter's 13th birthday and the seats were AMESOME for the best game of the season. We can say we were there to witness LeBron's fade away 3 pointer in the final seconds in the 4th to send the game into OT.

very pricey and not as exciting as I expected, but very good
$10.00 for a hot dog $10.00 for pop corn rip off on food and drinks water $5.00. The show was good but not near as good as it once was. If this is what the circus has come to, I agree it's time to retire!

Royal Rumble 2017 Alamodome
Some of this isn't this sites fault but more of the venues. Site overcharged on fees for already overpriced tickets but for a pay per view. Standing in line for long time just to leave the venue just to get outside. I've been to multiple stadiums across this land and they don't have an effective way to get back to your vehicle without a mosh pit like stop and go traffic. Not enough people running the food stands and wait took longer than any of sports event I've ever been to during the playoffs. Missed too many matches to get a drink, the stand vendors disappeared before the show started. My tickets were reasonable however I don't find it reasonable to cost $27/ ticket as a fee on top of taxes and $15 to ship?! And FedEx needs a signature, how inconvenient and annoying that they leave a note saying they missed me when I was home and they didn't even ring the bell because they are lazy, so is ups. It costs less than $2.50 to ship something in the USA via US MAIL that takes 3-7 days for a letter to get anywhere. And they are ticket master tickets as is anything now. Nothing special but I did get to see a rare event and I do thank them for the opportunity to go.

Got SCREWED
Never got my tickets and would not refund my money!! Would never recommend this company for tickets to ANY PERSON yes I did finally get a full refund but had to jump through hoops to get it the first customer service guy was a total jerk !!! When we finally got to talk to a manager he took care of the problem which was very much appreciated
