SCAMMERS! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They sell fake tickets!

HORRIBLE company! I would give 0 stars if I could! I have had tickets purchased for about a month and a half. Tonight, the night of the concert I received an EMAIL from their subcompany Ticket Champion as we were on our way to the venue stating that our tickets were cancelled (???) and they were sorry and that we could repurchase tickets at the venue....Two hours before the show! I called the number and both women I spoke to were extremely rude, speaking over me and telling me there was nothing they could do because the venue found out they were a third party seller and cancelled the tickets. They also lied saying they have been trying to contact me for weeks, though tonight was the first time I have received any contact from them. Janelle is the "owner" so she told me but that could have been a lie too...Nasty woman with no people skills and a bad attitude. A gentleman at the venue also told us the tickets were FAKE. I had to spend hundreds more dollars for tickets. Thank God they weren't sold out! Please PLEASE don't give your money and bank information to these SCAMMERS! I am reporting to the Better Business Bureau and possibly the authorities.

Advertised options were not met.

While the purchase and payment for tickets was handled smoothly, the opportunity to resell the tickets should my team not make the playoffs was realistically met with nothing but excuses and time barriers created by Ticket Liquidators. I switched my business to StubHub and had a seamless experience - both selling these tickets and then purchasing concert tickets.

Great seats, easy ordering process

They let us download the tickets 10 minutes after buying instead of waiting, and the seats were just as wonderful as advertised. Overall, an incredible experience! Would highly recommend.

My Ticket Liquidator experience

Tickets were delivered on time, with exactly the seats I ordered. I also had the ability to see the view from where the tickets I bought were located. Had no problem.

overpriced

seats on the floor level, not much of a view of the stage people sitting on both sides of us were obese and were sitting on half of our seats no room to sit no comfort

cirque du soleil

The show was absolutely phenomenal with extremely talented singers/actors/gymnists. They had amazing strength that went along with music as well a love story theme. Extraordinary!!

Read the fine print

My experience was fine except there were hidden charges I was not aware of....maybe my fault for not reading more carefully. Mostly, I think 7.95 download fee is totally out of line since it costs you nothing...so the price was almost $20 more than the stated price on the site. That said, my seat was great and I had a great time!

DON'T BOTHER, HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND WOULDN'T TRUST THEM SINCE YOU HAVE TO ENTER YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER BEFORE THEY SPRING THE EXTRA CHARGES ON YOU.

We apologize for any confusions and unhappiness regarding the service fees on the website. The service fee charges are displayed during the review portion of the checkout process and before the order is processed to charge the card as customers would have to manually select to continue with the purchase.

They have no reason to ever follow their guarantee...ever

Ticket Liquidator has no reason to ever live up to their website guarantee of 200% much less even 1%. I will explain the problems with this policy and how they so easily get to ignore it.
First and foremost, they are a 3rd party company to the tickets... This means you purchase your tickets through them, pay an overpriced service fee, and then have your tickets supplied by the original seller. But in reality you are not buying your tickets through them. Your credit card will be charged by the original seller. If anything happens or goes wrong their name is not on your charged credit card. As a 3rd party they are liable for nothing. Thus they never have to live up to their guarantee. Why should they give any money back, they profited from the originally seller for the service fee already. They are effectively done. If you dispute your credit card it goes to the original seller charging you, not Ticket Liquidator. If you have a complaint they have no reason to resolve it, they have been paid.

Take there policy with my issues. This is from their own listed guarantee on their website: "We guarantee that your tickets will be legitimate, arrive in time for the event, be the exact tickets you ordered or comparable alternatives, and be completely refunded if the event is cancelled. If your experience falls short of these expectations, you’re covered by our 200% money-back guarantee." It also says "Ticket Liquidator expects the sellers who list tickets on our Exchange to provide the seating they advertise or else provide equal or superior seating. Sellers are expected to contact customers proactively to confirm any significant seating changes vis-à-vis the initial section and row of a ticket order. Customers should contact Ticket Liquidator ASAP if they are unhappy with any alternate tickets and we will investigate the issue for the customer in order to reach an amicable conclusion."

I purchased tickets through their site. When I was told the tickets may not arrive in time to my home for us to travel to the venue I contact Ticket Liquidator. They forwarded me to the original seller who offered immediate tickets in hand that were "better" tickets because there was supposed to be a 2nd stage I would be closer to. I attend the event, which did not have a 2nd stage at all. I ended up being further from the main stage by 20+ seats. By their policy I immediately contact them that I had not received "better" tickets and it was all false. I was emailed an offer of $100 off my next purchase if I signed a waiver by Ticket Liquidator...really for $2560 worth of tickets...I phoned Ticket Liquidator and after the run around from initial customer service reps I was transferred to the highest level service person..Shawn in the Loyalty Department. He said that their offer was final, I had accepted the alternative tickets and they were no longer responsible. I restated they were not "better" as per their policy, I was further from the main stage and had only accepted under the false pretense of a 2nd stage which did not exist. I had no way to know this was false until I attended the event. Shawn stated it was my word vs the sellers word. He made no attempt to contact the seller or anything, just held to their offer of $100 towards a future purchase. I have since contact the seller, they admitted their error about the ticket exchange (which I have offered to Ticket Liquidator the proof they provided) and still they hold to their offer. I have tried to talk with Shawn for 2 days...I'm told he was out the first day, would be in at 10:00 the 2nd day and to call back. The rep I spoke with who gave her direct extension would be working the next day also. Needless to say, conveniently, she is not working the next day and no one now knows when Shawn will be in.
It has been almost 2 weeks now through this process. They have not offered to live by their own policy or guarantees. I've even told them I don't want 200% back, I don't want 100% back. I requested my service fees back, that's all. I've done all the work, they just give the run around, ignore their own guarantee that is plainly on their website, and then want to offer $100 off the next event...like I will ever have anything to do with them again, much less sign a waiver.

Word to the wise...never use them. There is no reason. Go to the seller directly. Save yourself money from their outrageous service fees. Again, as a 3rd party, they are liable for nothing. I consider it a lesson learned.

FOLLOW-UP to their response: Just part of their making things up...there was no partial refund at the time of the exchange. The tickets I originally purchased said they would mail Oct 29, I purchased Express shipping (which should have been they arrived the 31st.) I was told they would not be available until Nov 2...the date of the event. That was the reason for the exchange for "BETTER" tickets supposedly. I did everything your policy asked, I notified you right away that they were worse tickets for the reasons stated. The "alternate arrangement" as you state is because that is what you told us to do, then you try to skip out of responsibility by claiming you have nothing to do with it...read your own guarantees...your company is a cheat...as I say folks, be warned. There is a reason they have over 110 complaints through the Better Business Bureau...all for similar shenanigans. You can keep your joke offer of a discount of $100 off future ticket fees (and want me to sign a waiver..because they know they are wrong).

In your particular case, we note that you agreed to accept different seating and a partial refund with your seller directly because you wanted tickets sooner than the ones you originally ordered would be available. The expected ship date of the original tickets was clearly noted on the seller listing prior to your purchase of them. This alternate arrangement was strictly between you and the ticket seller and made outside of the original order with Ticket Liquidator. Unfortunately, Ticket Liquidator was not aware of any alteration of the order until the arrangement had already been agreed upon by you both. However, we provided a generous courtesy discount offer as a sign of our sympathies for any misunderstanding about the delivery notes, which you then refused. We cannot offer further compensation for the tickets and partial refund that you agreed, with your ticket seller, was a more than fair and just offer previously.
