I purchased tickets very early in the morning around 3:00 a.m. April 23. My financial institution declined the charges as possible fraud 12 times but I did not become aware until I woke up at 6:30 a.m. I immediately contacted Goldman Sachs (Apple Card financial institution) explaining this was the 3rd time in a row that I made a purchase that was declined by Apple Card. But, yes in fact I did make the purchase and expected it to be paid as I wanted those tickets. I was advised that the charges actually did go through. Great. I did purchase insurance through Allianz which also was declined. So I agreed I purchased the tickets and insurance. (The insurance finally went through on Sunday April 26th). On 4/23/26Ticketmaster advised me the tickets were in my account and waiting to be accepted and downloaded to my wallet.i accepted and downloaded them to my Apple Wallet. I then received an email from you, Ticket Liquidator, that stated my ticket order was cancelled and refund was being issued. I inquired via email at least two times about the refund stating I did not request a refund and wanted to know who did. After several days with no response I finally get email stating since there were difficulties with payment the seller did not want to sell to me. I called and spoke to an extremely rude, indifferent male who, I feel was judging me because of the payment delay and that once they start refund nothing can be done. I told him I’d pay with a different means right then and he said NO, once they decide to refund money Ithe tickets are gone. He supposedly went and asked another rep about the tickets, came back on the phone and said they are gone, you can’t have them. I did tell him that Ticketmaster already sent me the tickets and he said well you can’t use them. I said thanks for nothing and hung up. I purchased tickets directly from Ticketmaster, paid in full and the tickets were sent. The next email I received was an answer to my question who and why canceled my tickets. It stated many reasons for cancellation. Yesterday I received a notice from my Apple Card stating there was a charge of 772.90 for the tickets. Not one word from Ticket Liquidators and still nothing. I called last night April 30 and was told there was only one supervisor/manager in and she was too busy to speak to me. Apparently a note was placed on my account that I want to speak to a Manager/or Supervisor. I called again today - same story no one available, but I’ll get a call back that 10:20 this morning. It is now after 5:00 and still nothing phone call no communication whatsoever!

UPDATE:
When a Manager actually read all of my correspondence. I received a call of apology for the occurrences related to the tickets purchase, I was able to transfer the original tickets back and received a refund for the recharge. Elise I appreciate you and your solution. Thank you!

After buying my tickets .....
I found the same tickets for half the price on another site. When I bought, I thought I was getting a price guarantee. No, that is not it. You are getting a guarantee that there is an event and the tickets will work. Unimpressed.

Didn’t have a smartphone printed all the information out. Everything was grate ate every body was very nice the show was fantastic.I wood tell a friend to go.I wood like to thank every person that work the show job well done.

I tried to let them know that I had picked the wrong day for my best friend‘s birthday, they didn’t care. The ticket’s was still pending. They didn’t care they was not here to help me at all. It was all about taking my money and the deal was done then they said they wanted to resell my tickets and only give me $100 back on that for number one I paid $202 for the tickets so now what am I paying them to sell the tickets? I’m not sure this is the worst ticket place I have ever ever bought tickets from. But whenever I tried to resell them now, they’re telling me that they can’t resell my tickets so now I’m stuck with tickets that I don’t even want and they are not here to help. This is the most worst customer service I have ever been through in my whole life and I am a manager I know good customer service and this is not the place where that resigns. feels like I have been scammed.

The entire process was easy and convenient.

It was the best deal I could find, but then I was quoted a price and when I went to go pay it was another price. I thought the tickets had just gone up somehow. But it turns out that somewhere between my choice of tickets and checking out apparently insurance was added to my cart. It was not clear to me that I chose that... very sneaky. I didn't want insurance - so I paid an extra 48 dollars that I did not intend to pay. Purposefully sneaky... check your final cost.

Price gougers! I accidentally bought tickets through your website to the 2026 Boston boat show and paid ridiculously more than I would have had I just bought them there. (my bad on not paying closer attention.) I won’t make that mistake again.

I purchased tickets for a show and received an email that they had been sent to my email address, but it's been over a month and no tickets. I've sent multiple emails to their listed customer support email and have never received a response. Sharing here because the high rating on this company doesn't reflect how terrible their (absence of) customer service truly is. Best to find another source of tickets. Update - after posting this review, the customer service responded to my email and I now have tickets. Adjusting rating accordingly.
