Attending a korn concert at the pocatella amphitheatre in Idaho. Lawn tickets were available for purchase at the gate for $35. I had pre-purchased tickets through ticket liquidator, two tickets both with a $35 value totalled $235. Two tickets were priced at $88 each and i got charged $26 service fee for each ticket. Plus a delivery fee. Its very disappointing for the convience of purchassing ahead of time ended up costing 3x the cost. I will not puchase this way again. Especially that kind of mark up

That market may be higher or lower than face value, depending on the availability and demand of the tickets. Hopefully you'll be able to find a better price through us in the future. Great customer service and easy
I ended up calling to reserve tickets and wanted to know more information about different venues for a concert. The rep was very nice and accommodating to my needs. All was good with my experience however was told seats would be together. When I received the seats they were 23 and 25. This is not a big deal as I plan to ask seat 24 to move to 23 or 25.
Otherwise all was good thank you for your service.

fee of $14.40 on a $48 ticket was excessive and I didn't know about it until final check out. On top of that you charged $7.95 for "delivery" which is electronic. Since when does sending an email cost $7.95.

We understand your concern, but some venues don't release tickets until a couple of days before or the day of to reduce the production of fraudulent or duplicate tickets. Frustrating experiance
I had two tabs open to get ticket prices with fees and when I went to hot purchase on tickets I wanted i had bought the tickets from previous tab. I CALLED right away and nothing they could do except try sell my tickets no refunds. Very frustrating experience.

Lots of extra charges added
I did not receive the email to automatically print my tickets (which was $7.95 - for what?). I spent a lot of time on the phone with a support person, who had to eventually get a supervisor to send me the .pdfs directly. I was also surprised by the $17.98 added PER TICKET for processing. Felt like I got ripped off and it wasn't a smooth experience.

We cancelled the order. Never received the tickets. We refused to give copies of drivers license and cancelled the order but someone put it through anyway

The amount you see on your account is a preauthorization that was approved when you placed the order.
