Wrong number of tickets??
It looked like I booked too many tickets but this was explained very quickly when I queried. The Event Booklet I’d also ordered constituted a ‘ticket’ item. Very swift response from Customer Service, within an hour of enquiry.

Won't refund fully for a cancelled event!
An event we had booked tickets for through Ticketline was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. Ticketline only refunded the face value of the tickets, not the Booking Fee or "Shipment fee" (what is this in the case of e-tickets, anyway?). When I phoned to inquire about this, I was told that this is their policy. Totally outrageous, sharp practice not to offer a no-quibble full refund. My advice is to avoid this company at all costs - we certainly will from now on.

We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the refund policy.
As with all major booking agents, in the event of a cancellation, booking fees are non-refundable.
Where an event organiser informs us of the cancellation of their event and instructs to issue ticket refunds, fees are retained as per the terms and conditions agreed to at the point of sale.
When an event has been cancelled, we will refund the face value of the tickets but not the booking or processing fees, due to the circumstances being beyond our control.
We understand that this can be frustrating for you. However, our charges cover all costs associated with running our business including the service of providing/issuing tickets and where necessary keeping customers up to date and processing refunds.
When an event is cancelled, we actually have to do a lot more work and incur further card processing fees for which we get no additional income.

Easy to book tickets and customer service was brilliant …
Easy to book tickets and customer service was brilliant. I contacted them to see if I could transfer my tickets to next years event as my daughter was unable to attend due to a scheduled hip operation. Customer services Chloe, replied within a few hours and everything was sorted straightaway. Amazing service.

Great customer service
While the website isn't great the customer service was fantastic. I selected seats during booking but different seats came through on my tickets. I emailed customer services and Chloe responded immediately and corrected the mistake promptly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Chloe!

Very helpful service
I spoke to the advisor, Moh, who said the tickets I wanted for my daughter were sold out. He advised there were 2 available on their sister site and wished me luck. I managed to get the tickets and I have the happiest daughter ever. She is absolutely thrilled. I'm really grateful for Moh giving me that information instead of just saying they were sold out and ending the call. I'm not up to date with buying tickets so I wouldn't have known about the other site or that it was trustworthy etc. Many thanks to Ticketline (and Moh) for doing a great job for us.
